【摘要】：目的探討同時累及膽道系統(tǒng)及中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的播散性隱球菌病的診斷和治療。方法回顧性分析1例同時累及膽道系統(tǒng)及中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的播散性隱球菌病患兒的臨床資料,同時復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果患兒,男,6歲。臨床表現(xiàn)為黃疸、肝功能受損、抽搐。行手術(shù)治療,病理活檢提示隱球菌感染,血清及腦脊液隱球菌莢膜多糖抗原乳膠凝集試驗陽性,腦脊液墨汁染色陽性。經(jīng)抗真菌治療后癥狀緩解,隨訪無后遺癥。結(jié)論患兒為罕見的同時累積膽道、中樞系統(tǒng)的播散性隱球菌病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnosis and treatment of disseminated Cryptococcosis involving both the biliary and central nervous systems. Methods the clinical data of 1 case of disseminated Cryptococcosis involving biliary system and central nervous system were analyzed retrospectively, and the related literatures were reviewed at the same time. Results the children, male, 6 years old. The clinical manifestation is jaundice, liver function damage, convulsion. Surgical treatment, pathological biopsy showed that Cryptococcus infection, serum and cerebrospinal fluid Cryptococcus perfringens polysaccharide antigen latex agglutination test positive, cerebrospinal fluid ink staining positive. The symptoms were relieved after antifungal treatment and no sequelae were observed. Conclusion infantile cryptococcosis is a rare and simultaneous accumulation of biliary tract and central system of disseminated Cryptococcosis.
