改良董氏開胃貼治療濕食困脾型厭食癥臨床觀察

【摘要】:目的:對改良董氏開胃貼治療濕食困脾型厭食癥患兒的臨床療效做出評價,并觀察其對胃腸激素的影響。方法:受試患兒隨機分入試驗組和對照組,觀察患兒的癥狀、體征以及臨床實驗室指標,將治療后患兒證候積分以及觀察指標與治療前進行對照,所有病例收集完畢后進行統(tǒng)一破盲,統(tǒng)計分析,得出結論。結果:試驗組與對照組治療后的證候積分較治療前均有所改善,P0.05,有顯著性差異。試驗組治療后總有效率95.5%;對照組治療后總有效率95.7%。兩組組間療效比較,P0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。兩組治療后唾液淀粉酶、胃泌素、β-EP與治療前比較,均有改善,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,但CCK-8治療后無明顯改善,P0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。研究過程中兩組均未發(fā)生不良反應。結論:改良董氏開胃貼治療濕食困脾型厭食癥有確切療效,具有消積導滯、健脾開胃的功效,對胃腸激素的分泌起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of modified Dong's appetizer in the treatment of wet food trapped spleen anorexia and to observe its effect on gastrointestinal hormones. Methods: the children were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The symptoms, signs and clinical laboratory indexes were observed, and the symptom scores and observation indexes were compared with those before treatment. After all the cases were collected, a unified blind-breaking and statistical analysis were carried out, and a conclusion was drawn. Results: after treatment, the syndrome score of the test group and the control group were improved, P 0.05, there was significant difference. The total effective rate was 95. 5% in the experimental group and 95. 7% in the control group. There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, saliva amylase, gastrin, 尾-EP were improved in both groups, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference after CCK-8 treatment (P 0.05). There were no adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: the modified Dong's appetizer is effective in the treatment of anorexia caused by wet food, has the effect of eliminating accumulation and guiding stagnation, invigorating spleen and appetizing, and plays a positive role in the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones.
