【摘要】：目的：客觀評(píng)價(jià)復(fù)感靈顆粒對(duì)小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染的治療效果,進(jìn)一步探討中醫(yī)中藥治療反復(fù)呼吸道感染的確切療效,以期探索一條防治RRTI的有效途徑,從而提高患兒的生活質(zhì)量 方法：將70例納入診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的反復(fù)呼吸道患者隨即分成兩組,其中治療組35例給予口服復(fù)感靈顆粒治療,對(duì)照組35例給予口服槐杞黃顆粒治療,治療時(shí)間均為8周一個(gè)療程。在用藥期間出現(xiàn)病情變化者均先暫停用藥,給予對(duì)癥治療后若符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)則再繼續(xù)用藥觀察。一個(gè)療程結(jié)束后隨訪1年,治療結(jié)束后觀察兩組治療前后的臨床癥狀及體征的變化。 結(jié)果：對(duì)總療效的比較,治療組總有效率為91.43%,對(duì)照組總有效率82.86%,經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)比較(p0.05),有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,表明治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組；治療組在改善臨床主要癥狀,減少發(fā)病次數(shù),縮短病程,降低病種級(jí)別等方面,均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)；在療前療后血清IgA、IgG及血常規(guī)HGB改善方面,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(p0.05)。 結(jié)論：復(fù)感靈顆粒在減少RRTI患兒呼吸道感染次數(shù),縮短病程,降低病種級(jí)別,改善臨床癥狀,提高患兒免疫力,增強(qiáng)患兒體質(zhì)等方面療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate objectively the therapeutic effect of Fuganling granule on recurrent respiratory tract infection in children, and to explore an effective way of preventing and treating RRTI by exploring the exact curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on recurrent respiratory tract infection. So as to improve the quality of life of the children, 70 patients with recurrent respiratory tract included in the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (35 cases) was treated with oral Fuganling granules, and the control group (35 cases) was treated with Huai Qi Huang granule. The treatment time was 8 weeks a course of treatment. The patients who had the disease changed during the medication were suspended, and then continued to observe the medication if they met the standard after the symptomatic treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed. Results: the total effective rate was 91.43 in the treatment group and 82.86 in the control group (p0.05), which showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the main clinical symptoms, reducing the incidence times, shortening the course of disease and reducing the disease grade (P0.05). The improvement of serum IgA,IgG and blood routine HGB after treatment was better in the treatment group than in the control group (p 0.05). Conclusion: Fuganling granule has remarkable effect on reducing respiratory tract infection times, shortening course of disease, reducing disease grade, improving clinical symptoms, improving immunity and enhancing physical constitution of children with RRTI.
