孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙兒童智力發(fā)育與表情識(shí)別能力的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙(ASD)兒童的智力發(fā)育特點(diǎn)、表情識(shí)別能力及兩者之間的關(guān)系。方法招募6~16歲的ASD兒童(ASD組,總智商均大于70)和年齡、性別匹配的正常發(fā)育兒童(對(duì)照組)各27例,使用韋氏兒童智力量表(第四版)和中國(guó)人物靜態(tài)面部表情圖片對(duì)兩組兒童進(jìn)行智力評(píng)估和表情識(shí)別測(cè)試。結(jié)果 ASD組總智商、言語(yǔ)理解、知覺(jué)推理、加工速度以及工作記憶指數(shù)得分均低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。ASD組兒童的表情識(shí)別總正確率及高興、生氣、傷心、害怕表情識(shí)別的正確率均低于對(duì)照組兒童(P0.05)。ASD組表情識(shí)別總正確率、高興及害怕表情識(shí)別的正確率與知覺(jué)推理呈正相關(guān)(r分別為0.415、0.455、0.393,P0.05),生氣表情識(shí)別的正確率與工作記憶指數(shù)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.397,P0.05)。結(jié)論 ASD兒童在智力發(fā)育的多個(gè)領(lǐng)域落后于正常兒童,其表情識(shí)別能力受損;純褐橇χ械闹X(jué)推理能力和工作記憶能力與表情識(shí)別能力存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系,推測(cè)知覺(jué)推理和工作記憶能力不足可能是影響ASD兒童表情認(rèn)知的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of intelligence development, facial expression recognition and their relationship in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods ASD children aged 6 to 16 years old (ASD group, total IQ > 70) and age matched normal development children (control group, 27 cases each) were recruited. Wechsler Children's Intelligence scale (fourth edition) and Chinese characters' static facial expression images were used to evaluate the intelligence of the two groups of children and to test their facial expression recognition. Results the scores of total IQ, speech comprehension, perceptual reasoning, processing speed and working memory index in ASD group were lower than those in control group (P0.05). The correct rate of fear expression recognition was lower than that of the control group (P0.05). The positive correlation was found between the correct rate of emotion recognition and perceptual reasoning in). ASD group (r = 0.415 鹵0.455, P 0.05), and the positive correlation between the correct rate of expression recognition and perceptual reasoning (r = 0.415 鹵0.455, P < 0.05). The correct rate of angry expression recognition was positively correlated with the working memory index (r = 0.397P 0.05). Conclusion ASD children lag behind normal children in many fields of intellectual development, and their facial expression recognition ability is impaired. There is a positive correlation between perceptual reasoning ability and working memory ability and facial expression recognition ability in children with ASD. It is speculated that the deficiency of perceptual reasoning and working memory ability may be an important factor affecting the facial expression cognition of children with ASD.
