【摘要】：目的：探討健脾增意飲治療小兒厭食癥（脾胃氣虛型）在臨床治療厭食癥（脾胃氣虛型）的有效性、安全性。方法：本課題收集小兒厭食癥符合中醫(yī)脾胃氣虛型患兒60例，隨機分為2組，治療組31例給予健脾增意飲治療，對照組29例給予健胃消食片治療，，用藥前詳細記錄患兒的癥狀、體征積分，然后分別給藥14天，記錄患兒癥狀、體征改善情況，觀察結束后，對各項量化指標進行統(tǒng)計學處理。結果：治療兩周后，治療組與對照組的總有效率比較，治療組為96.8%，對照組為82.8%，經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學處理，P＜0.01，有顯著差異；兩組在改善食欲、面色、精神、體重、大便方面，P＜0.05，有統(tǒng)計學差異；在主要癥狀及體征積分方面，P＜0.01，有顯著差異；在微量元素Zn、血紅蛋白含量（Hb）增加方面，P＜0.05，有統(tǒng)計學意義。治療過程中，各組病人未出現(xiàn)明顯不良反應，肝腎功、心電圖未見異常。結論：由此可見，健脾增意飲是治療小兒厭食癥中醫(yī)屬脾胃氣虛型的有效方劑，具有顯著的增加食欲，改善癥狀的作用，優(yōu)于對照組治療，且費用低廉，副作用少，亦證實了中醫(yī)藥在治療小兒脾胃氣虛型厭食癥上的作用，是值得推廣的治療方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy and safety of Jianpi Zengyi decoction in the treatment of anorexia in children (spleen and stomach qi deficiency). Methods: 60 children with anorexia were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (31 cases) was treated with Jianpi Zengyi decoction, the control group (29 cases) was treated with Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet, and the symptoms of the children were recorded in detail before the treatment. The symptoms and signs of the children were recorded. After observation, the quantitative indexes were statistically processed. Results: after two weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.8 and 82.8, respectively. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P < 0.01). There were significant differences between the two groups in improving appetite, complexion, spirit, body weight and stool (P < 0.05), and in the integral of main symptoms and signs (P < 0.01). There was statistical significance in the increase of (Hb) content of trace element Zn, hemoglobin (P < 0.05). In the course of treatment, there were no obvious adverse reactions, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram (ECG) were not abnormal in each group. Conclusion: it can be seen that Jianpi Zengyi decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of children anorexia with deficiency of spleen and stomach qi. It can significantly increase appetite and improve symptoms. It is superior to the control group in treatment, and the cost is low, and the side effects are less. It is also proved that Chinese medicine is worth popularizing in treating children's anorexia due to deficiency of spleen and stomach qi.
