川崎病患兒血漿中人軟骨糖蛋白39的變化及臨床意義
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of human chondroglycoprotein 39 (Human Cartilage glycoprotein 39 HC gp-39 in plasma of children with Kawasaki disease (Kawasaki disease,KD) and its relationship with coronary artery injury. To explore the clinical significance of HC gp-39 in the diagnosis and evaluation of KD. Methods: from March 2015 to February 2016, 50 children with KD diagnosed in the Department of Cardiac and Rheumatological Immunology, Shanxi Children's Hospital, were selected as KD group. Each patient was divided into acute stage and subacute stage according to the evolution of the disease. At the same time, according to the results of color Doppler echocardiography, KD group was divided into coronary artery injury group (n = 17) and coronary artery injury group (n = 33). 20 healthy children who were examined at the same time were used as healthy control group. The expression of HC gp-39 in plasma was detected by double antibody sandwich solid phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). To explore the expression level of HC gp-39 and its relationship with coronary artery injury in children with Kawasaki disease (Kawasaki disease). Results: quantitative analysis showed that the level of plasma HC gp-39 expression in KD group was higher than that in healthy control group (F=94.42P0.05); KD group was higher than that in subacute phase (P0.05). The expression of plasma HC gp-39 in KD group was significantly higher than that in NCAL group in acute phase CAL group (tr 4.39 P0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between plasma HC gp-39 and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (r = 0.78P), platelet (r = 0.80), C reactive protein (P 0.05). Conclusion: human cartilage glycoprotein 39 may play a role in the occurrence and development of Kawasaki disease. Dynamic detection of HC gp-39 in plasma may play an important role in the early diagnosis and evaluation of KD.
