【摘要】：目的：評(píng)價(jià)清肺化痰止咳法治療小兒急性支氣管炎的可行性及有效性,為臨床治療小兒急性支氣管炎提供一種有效的治療方法和診療思路。 方法：選取急性支氣管炎痰熱壅肺證住院患兒60例,隨機(jī)分為兩組。治療組30例采用頭孢硫脒、喜炎平靜滴加口服中藥煎劑治療,對(duì)照組30例采用頭孢硫脒、喜炎平靜滴加口服易坦靜治療,兩組均輔以相應(yīng)的西醫(yī)對(duì)癥處理。以咳嗽、咯痰、肺部Up音、發(fā)熱、面色、口渴、舌象等為療效指標(biāo),以臨床積分為依據(jù)觀察療效,觀察兩組的咳嗽、咯痰、肺部Up音、發(fā)熱、面色、口渴、舌象等癥狀改善情況。 結(jié)果：兩組治療前后組內(nèi)比較,在主癥及次癥改善情況方面,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,說(shuō)明單純西醫(yī)治療和中西結(jié)合治療這兩種方法均能明顯改善小兒急性支氣管炎的主要癥狀及次要癥狀；兩組治療后組間比較,在咳嗽、咯痰、肺部Up音主要癥狀的改善情況方面,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組；在改善次要癥狀方面,口渴、大便、舌象等方面比較,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,在改善發(fā)熱、而色、煩躁、小便、脈象等方面比較,P0.05,治療組與對(duì)照組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；兩組在發(fā)熱癥狀的退熱時(shí)間方面比較,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。治療后兩組在主要癥狀積分、次要癥狀積分及總積分方面比較,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。兩組綜合療效比較,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。 結(jié)論：清肺化痰止咳法結(jié)合西醫(yī)抗感染治療小兒急性支氣管炎臨床療效肯定,在改善咳嗽、咯痰、肺部Up音、口渴、舌象等癥狀方面療效顯著,在主癥積分、次癥積分、總積分變化情況方面比較,優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of clearing the lung and removing phlegm and relieving cough in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children. Methods: 60 children with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (30 cases) were treated with cefathiamidine, Xiyan calm drop and oral Chinese medicine decoction, the control group (30 cases) were treated with cefathiamidine, and 30 cases were treated with Yi Tan Jing orally. The two groups were treated with western medicine. Cough, sputum, Up sound of lung, fever, facial color, thirst and tongue image were taken as therapeutic indexes. The curative effect was observed on the basis of clinical score. The cough, sputum, lung Up sound, fever, facial color, thirst were observed in both groups. The improvement of symptoms such as tongue signs. Results: there was significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of main symptoms and secondary symptoms (P0.05) before and after treatment. It is shown that the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of acute bronchitis in children can be obviously improved by the combination of western medicine and western medicine. After treatment, the improvement of the main symptoms of cough, sputum and pulmonary Up was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group (P 0.05). There was a significant difference in the antipyretic time of fever symptoms between the two groups (P 0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group. After treatment, the two groups in the main symptom score, secondary symptom score and total integral comparison, P0.05, the difference is statistically significant, the treatment group is better than the control group. The comprehensive curative effect of the two groups, P0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion: the method of clearing the lung and eliminating phlegm and relieving cough combined with western medicine to treat children with acute bronchitis is effective in improving cough, sputum, Up sound of lung, thirst, tongue and so on.
