【摘要】：目的探討腦電生物反饋訓(xùn)練對(duì)青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的干預(yù)效果,為開展青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的干預(yù)提供參考。方法將從贛州市大中學(xué)生中篩選的50例網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮青少年隨機(jī)分為2組,對(duì)研究組(25例)開展腦電生物反饋訓(xùn)練,對(duì)照組(25例)進(jìn)行心理行為干預(yù)。采用Young網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮診斷量表(Internet Addiction Test,IAT)和焦慮自評(píng)量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS),于干預(yù)前及干預(yù)12周末各評(píng)定1次。結(jié)果干預(yù)12周后,研究組IAT評(píng)分由72.78下降至58.67(t=4.267,P0.01),SAS評(píng)分由36.84下降至30.35(t=3.689,P=0.001);對(duì)照組IAT評(píng)分由72.47下降至65.05(t=2.181,P=0.039),SAS評(píng)分由37.07下降至33.23(t=2.216,P=0.036)。干預(yù)后研究組IAT及SAS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組(t值分別為2.092,2.101,P值均0.05)。研究組干預(yù)有效率(32%)高于對(duì)照組(8%)(χ~2=4.500,P=0.034)。結(jié)論腦電生物反饋訓(xùn)練療效較傳統(tǒng)心理行為干預(yù)更為顯著,但是12周的訓(xùn)練尚不能完全矯正網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of EEG biofeedback training on adolescent internet addiction and to provide reference for the intervention of adolescent internet addiction. Methods Fifty adolescents with internet addiction were randomly divided into two groups: the study group (25 cases) received EEG biofeedback training and the control group (25 cases) underwent psychological and behavioral intervention. Young Internet Addiction Diagnostic scale (Internet Addiction Test,IAT) and self rating anxiety scale (Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS) were used once before and after 12 weeks of intervention. Results after 12 weeks of intervention, the IAT score of the study group was reduced from 72.78 to 58.67 (t = 4.267, P 0.01, from 36.84 to 30.35, respectively). The IAT score of the control group decreased from 72.47 to 65.05 (t = 2.181). The), SAS score of the control group was decreased from 37.07 to 33.23 (t = 2.216p = 0.036). After intervention, the scores of IAT and SAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group (t = 2. 092 鹵2. 101, P < 0. 05). The effective rate of intervention in the study group (32%) was higher than that in the control group (8%) (蠂 ~ 2 = 4.500). Conclusion EEG biofeedback training is more effective than traditional psychological and behavioral intervention, but 12 weeks training can not completely correct Internet addiction behavior.
