文章摘要：目的：分析上海市某醫(yī)院兒科專業(yè)技術(shù)隊伍壓力狀況，為兒科技術(shù)隊伍建設(shè)提供建議。方法：選取2014年1月至12月在上海市某醫(yī)院兒科工作的醫(yī)生和護士115人作為研究對象，通過自制院內(nèi)臨床壓力問卷調(diào)查表調(diào)查兒科醫(yī)務(wù)人員工作壓力情況，，并且制定業(yè)務(wù)試卷對兒科醫(yī)務(wù)人員進行業(yè)務(wù)考試。結(jié)果：兒科醫(yī)生和護士壓力程度分別為3．02±0．87和3．67±0．79，均明顯高于全院平均水平（P〈0．05）；兒科護士壓力程度明顯高于兒科醫(yī)生（P〈0．05）；兒科醫(yī)生及護士不同學歷壓力程度比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P〉0．05）；兒科護士不同學歷壓力程度均高于兒科醫(yī)生，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P〈0．05）；醫(yī)務(wù)人員對醫(yī)患關(guān)系緊張所感受到的壓力程度最高（3．01±0．93）；兒科專業(yè)人員業(yè)務(wù)考試整體成績一般（61．07±6．18）分，其中醫(yī)生成績（64．28±7．89）高于護士（57．32±8．12），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P〈0．05）。結(jié)論：在兒科專業(yè)技術(shù)隊伍建設(shè)中，主要存在人員工作壓力大、醫(yī)患關(guān)系緊張、業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)欠缺等問題，建議采取合理配置人員，加強醫(yī)患溝通，提高專業(yè)人員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)等措施。

Abstr：Objective： To investigate the stress status of pediatric professional technical team, to provide recommendations for construction of the team in the future. Methods：From 2014 January to December, 115 doctors and nurses engaged in the pediatric work in a hospital of Shanghai were taken as the research object, homemade hospital clinical pressure questionnaire was used to investigate pressure situations of pediatric medical staff, and formulate examination paper was used for pediatric medical staff~ profession exam. Results： Pediatricians and nurses＇ pressure levels were 3.02 ± 0.87 and 3.67 ± 0.79, which were significantly higher than the mean level of the hospital （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; pediatrics nurses＇ pressure was obviously higher than that of pediatricians （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the comparison of pediatricians and nurses＇different education degree pressure had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ） ; pediatric nurses＇different education degree pressure were higher than that of the pediatrician, and the differ- ence was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ;the medical staff＇s nervous pressure levels of the doctor- patient relationship was the highest （3.01 ± 0.93）, which was significantly higher than other pressuresources; pediatric professional personnel＇s overall profession examination results was general as （61.07 ±6.18）points, in which the doetorscored （64.28 ±7.89）points, and was higher than （57.32 ±8.12） points of the nurses, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
