【摘要】：正顱內(nèi)動靜脈畸形(cerebral arteriovenous malformation,c AVM)是兒童顱內(nèi)自發(fā)性出血的最常見原因~([1]),年出血率高達2%~4%~([2]),進而導致20%~25%的并發(fā)癥及病死率~([3-5])。因此對于兒童c AVM,國內(nèi)外學者普遍建議應該采取積極的治療策略。目前,關于c AVM的主要治療方式有外科治療~([6-7])、放射治療~([8-9])、栓塞治療~([10-11])或以上治療方式的聯(lián)合治療~([12-13])�？傮w而言,經(jīng)過積極治療后,多數(shù)患兒可獲得影像學治愈,并能得到較好的功能恢復~([7,12])。筆
[Abstract]:Positive intracranial arteriovenous malformation (cerebral arteriovenous malformation,c AVM) is the most common cause of spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage in children. In turn, 20% of the complications and mortality ~ (3-5). Therefore, for children c AVM, scholars at home and abroad generally recommend that active treatment strategies should be adopted. At present, the main treatment methods of c AVM include surgical treatment ~ (6-7), radiotherapy ~ (8-9), embolization treatment ~ (10-11) or more combined treatment ~ (12-13).
