【摘要】：目的分析研究兒科超說明書用藥影響因素。方法選擇2014年12月~2015年12月本院兒科所開具的處方2 027張門診以及住院處方作為調(diào)查對象,調(diào)查超說明書用藥影響因素以及超說明書用藥的藥物種類。結(jié)果給藥劑量、給藥頻率、給藥途徑、適應(yīng)證以及超年齡用藥是主要影響因素。2 027張?zhí)幏街泄灿? 876條用藥記錄,其中超說明書用藥記錄有621條�？棺儜B(tài)反應(yīng)藥是超說明書用藥發(fā)生率最高的藥物種類。結(jié)論兒科用藥具有較高風險,本院兒科仍然存在超說明書用藥的情況,用藥劑量、用藥頻率以及超年齡用藥是超說明書用藥的主要影響因素,在臨床臨床用藥時應(yīng)注意上述因素,并盡可能降低兒科超說明書用藥的幾率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and study the influencing factors of drug use in pediatrics. Methods from December 2014 to December 2015, 2,027 prescriptions for outpatient and inpatient prescriptions were selected to investigate the influencing factors and drug types of over-prescriptions. Results the dosage, frequency, route, indication and over age of medication were the main influencing factors. There were 5 876 records of drug use in 2027 prescriptions, among which 621 were recorded in overstatement. Anti-allergic drugs are the most frequently used drugs. Conclusion Pediatric drug use is of high risk. The drug dosage, frequency and age are the main influencing factors of the drug use in pediatrics of our hospital. Attention should be paid to the above factors in clinical use, and the probability of drug use in pediatrics should be reduced as far as possible.
