有消化道癥狀兒童全血微量元素、血清瘦素水平與幽門螺桿菌感染的關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and serum leptin and trace elements in children, and to provide reference for clinical treatment and further clarify clinical significance. Methods from May to October 2011, 101 children with upper gastrointestinal symptoms (including upper abdominal pain or periumbilical pain, vomiting, loss of appetite, etc.) were selected from a pediatric outpatient clinic of Xiangya second Hospital of Central South University. There were 54 males and 47 females. (ELISA) assay was used to detect Hp antibody in 56 cases of positive and 45 cases of negative Hp. 29 cases were male, 27 cases were female, 25 cases were male and 20 cases were female. The contents of trace elements (Cu, Zn, Ca, mg, Fe) in whole blood of children in two groups were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Serum leptin levels were measured by ELISA method. The changes of serum trace elements and leptin levels in two groups were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results 1.Hp infection was associated with age (P0.05), there was no significant difference in sex between 2.Hp positive group and Hp negative group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in total blood calcium, magnesium and copper content between 3.Hp positive group and Hp negative group (P0.05). Iron content was lower than that of Hp negative group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the serum leptin level in 4.Hp positive group was lower than that in Hp negative group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). The serum leptin level of male was lower than that of female, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in serum leptin levels between male and female Hp positive group and Hp negative group (P0.05). Conclusion 1. The infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in children increased with age, and had no significant correlation with sex. 2. Helicobacter pylori infection is associated with zinc and iron deficiency in children. Children with Helicobacter pylori infection should be tested for zinc and iron, treated in time to correct the deficiency of zinc and iron in order to reduce the resulting zinc. The effect of iron deficiency on the growth and development of children. Helicobacter pylori infection had no effect on serum leptin level, while gender had no effect on serum leptin level.
