【摘要】：正患者,女,6歲,因頭痛、惡心、嘔吐10余天,突發(fā)抽搐并淺昏迷于2016年2月19日急診入院。體格檢查:呈淺昏迷狀態(tài),右側(cè)瞳孔5.0mm,左側(cè)瞳孔3.0 mm,對光反射遲鈍,雙下肢病理反射陽性。頭顱MRI提示:胼胝體膝部、體部、雙側(cè)額葉、三腦室內(nèi)、橋前池、鞍上池、雙側(cè)側(cè)腦室內(nèi)可見不規(guī)則形混雜信號影,呈分葉狀,大小約75 mm×67 mm×60
[Abstract]:A 6-year-old woman with headache, nausea and vomiting for more than 10 days was admitted to the emergency department on February 19, 2016. Physical examination: in the condition of light coma, the right pupil was 5.0mm, the left pupil was light retarded for 3.0 mm, and the pathological reflex of both lower extremities was positive. Cranial MRI showed that irregular mixed signals were seen in the genu, body, bilateral frontal lobe, triventricular, prepontine cistern, suprasellar cistern and bilateral ventricle of corpus callosum, which were lobulated, about 75 mm 脳 67 mm 脳 60.
