頸動脈交感神經(jīng)網(wǎng)切除術(shù)對腦性癱瘓患兒吞咽障礙及流涎的療效研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of carotid sympathetic reticulectomy (CPVS) on dysphagia and salivary symptoms in children with cerebral palsy. Methods: 21 children with cerebral palsy (12 males and 9 females) were enrolled into the operation group, and the same number of children (13 males and 8 females) were enrolled into the control group. There was no significant difference in the state of illness. The operation group was treated with carotid sympathetic reticulectomy, while the control group was only treated with rehabilitation. The patients in the operation group were treated with sag water test and Teacher salivation grading before operation and 2 weeks after operation, respectively. The swallowing function and salivation were evaluated 6 months after operation and at the same time in the control group. Results: at 2 weeks after operation, the swallowing function and salivation were improved in the operation group (the swallowing function was 3.05 鹵0.97 vs 3.52 鹵0.68, the salivation was 3.00 鹵1.00 vs 3.48 鹵0.68), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The swallowing function and salivation were significantly improved in the operation group (3.05 鹵0.97 vs 3.29 鹵1.01g 3.00 鹵1.00 vs 3.24 鹵1.04, respectively), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). At 6 months after operation, there was no significant difference between the operation group and the 2 weeks after operation (P0.05), and the swallowing function and salivation in the operation group were significantly improved compared with the control group (3.00 鹵1.00 vs 3.24 鹵0.99U 2.95 鹵1.02 vs 3.19 鹵0.93, respectively) (P0.05). Conclusion: carotid sympathetic reticulectomy is helpful to improve the swallowing function of children with cerebral palsy, reduce the salivation of children with cerebral palsy, and improve the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy.
