【摘要】：[目的]觀察廖氏推拿咳嗽方治療小兒外感咳嗽的臨床療效�？陀^評(píng)價(jià)推拿治療小兒外感咳嗽的療效,以探討一種切實(shí)有效、便于推廣的推拿處方。 [方法]以外感咳嗽小兒為研究對(duì)象,采用前瞻性對(duì)照的研究方案,將60例患兒隨機(jī)分為中藥組和中藥加推拿組各30例。分風(fēng)寒襲肺證和風(fēng)熱犯肺證,中藥組分別用金沸草散和桑菊飲加減治療；中藥加推拿組在中藥基礎(chǔ)上加用廖氏小兒推拿咳嗽方治療。 選取咳嗽、咯痰、鼻塞流涕、咽癢等4個(gè)中醫(yī)癥狀及咽部體征作為本研究的觀察指標(biāo),制定治療前后癥狀及體征綜合評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),觀察兩組臨床療效、治療前后相關(guān)癥狀及體征積分變化,并作對(duì)比分析。 [結(jié)果] 1.臨床療效 中藥加推拿組總有效率明顯高于中藥治療組(P0.05),說(shuō)明加用推拿治療后,比中藥常規(guī)治療整體療效更為顯著。兩組中痊愈患兒的治療時(shí)間比較,中藥加推拿組明顯短于中藥組(P0.05)。 2.治療前后中醫(yī)癥狀及體征積分變化比較 兩組治療小兒外感咳嗽均有確切療效(P0.05),但中藥加推拿組療效優(yōu)于中藥組(P0.05)。兩組在治療前后對(duì)主癥和次癥改善方面均療效確切(P0.05),中藥組與中藥加推拿組在咯痰、鼻塞流涕及咽部體征方面無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05),而在改善咳嗽、咽痛、咽癢方面中藥加推拿組均優(yōu)于中藥組(P0.05)。 [結(jié)論]廖氏小兒推拿咳嗽方配合中藥治療小兒外感咳嗽,能明顯改善患兒多種癥狀,縮短療程,療效優(yōu)于單純中藥組。
[Abstract]:[objective] to observe the clinical effect of Liao's massage and cough prescription on children's external cough. Objective to evaluate the curative effect of massage in treating children's external cough, to explore a practical and effective massage prescription. [methods] 60 children with exogenous cough were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (n = 30) and Chinese medicine plus massage group (n = 30). The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Jinyeshuo Powder and Sangju decoction respectively; the Chinese medicine plus massage group was treated with Liao's Pediatric Tuina cough prescription on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine. Four TCM symptoms, including cough, sputum, nasal congestion and runny nose and pharynx itch, were selected as the observation index of this study. The comprehensive scoring criteria of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were established, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. The scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. [result] 1. The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine plus massage group was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (P0.05). The treatment time of cured children in the two groups was significantly shorter than that in the traditional Chinese medicine plus massage group (P0.05). Comparison of the changes of symptoms and signs of TCM before and after treatment the two groups had definite curative effect in treating children with exogenous cough (P0.05) but the curative effect of Chinese herbal plus massage group was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group (P0.05). The curative effect of the two groups on the improvement of main and secondary symptoms before and after treatment was definite (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine plus massage group in sputum, nasal congestion and pharynx signs (P0.05), but in improving cough, pharynx pain. In terms of pharynx itching, the Chinese medicine plus massage group were better than the traditional Chinese medicine group (P0.05). [conclusion] Liao's Pediatric Massage and cough prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine can obviously improve the symptoms and shorten the course of treatment in children with external cough, and the curative effect is better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group alone.
