【摘要】：正在過去的幾十年中,新生兒缺氧缺血性腦病(HIE)損傷后神經保護和神經康復的臨床和基礎研究取得了巨大進步。然而,就新生兒特異性的神經保護措施方面,除亞低溫治療已廣泛應用于臨床外[1-2],其他治療措施距離臨床推廣應用尚有一段距離,不同學者持有許多不同的觀點,因此,神經保護策略仍然需要更深入的研究[3]。由于HIE發(fā)生發(fā)展是一個漸進的過程,根據其所處階段不同,其治療靶點也不盡相同,如何確定最佳的治
[Abstract]:In the past few decades, great progress has been made in the clinical and basic research of neuroprotection and neurorehabilitation after (HIE) injury in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). However, in terms of specific neuroprotective measures for newborns, in addition to mild hypothermia treatment has been widely used in clinical [1-2], other treatment measures are still some distance from clinical application, different scholars hold many different views, therefore, Neuroprotective strategies still need further study [3]. Because the occurrence and development of HIE is a gradual process, according to its different stages, its therapeutic targets are not the same, so how to determine the best treatment?
