【摘要】：目的：觀察驗(yàn)方瀉白散加味治療小兒肺熱型便秘的臨床有效性及安全性,初步探討分析從肺論治小兒便秘的臨床實(shí)用性,為臨床從肺論治小兒便秘提供理論及數(shù)據(jù)支持,為臨床診療提供科學(xué)參考。方法：通過成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院兒科門診收集符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患兒60例,分為治療組和對照組各30例,治療組予以驗(yàn)方瀉白散加味口服,對照組予以中成藥麻仁丸口服。連續(xù)給藥2周后,觀察記錄兩組治療前后情況,收集研究數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行匯總、整理,經(jīng)SPSS17.0軟件處理,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)描述和分析。結(jié)果：1、基線分析：兩組患兒在性別、年齡、病程以及主、次癥積分等方面無明顯差異(P0.05),具有可比性；2、組內(nèi)對照：治療組與對照組治療前后自身組內(nèi)主癥及主癥積分比較差異顯著(P0.01),次癥及次癥積分比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)；3、組問對照：兩組治療后組間比較主、次癥療效及疾病總療效具有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)；4、疾病總療效統(tǒng)計(jì)：治療組臨床治愈12例,顯效14例,有效3例,無效1例,愈顯率86.67%,總有效率96.67%；對照組臨床治愈4例,顯效11例,有效12例,無效3例,愈顯率50.00%,總有效率90.00%。結(jié)論：瀉白散加味治療小兒肺熱型便秘臨床療效顯著,且安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiebai Powder in the treatment of infantile pulmonary heat type constipation, to explore the clinical practicability of treating infantile constipation from lung theory, and to provide theoretical and data support for clinical treatment of infantile constipation from lung theory. To provide scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: a total of 60 children were divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) through pediatric outpatient clinic of affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The treatment group was treated with Xiebai Powder orally, and the control group with Chinese patent medicine Maren Pill. After 2 weeks of continuous administration, the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment, and the data were collected and sorted out. The data were described and analyzed statistically by SPSS17.0 software. Results: there were no significant differences between the two groups in sex, age, course of disease and scores of major and secondary symptoms (P0.05). 2, control group: before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group, the scores of main symptoms and main symptoms were significantly different (P0.01), and the scores of secondary symptoms and secondary symptoms were significantly different (P0.05). There was significant difference in the curative effect of secondary symptom and total curative effect of disease (P0.05). The total curative effect of disease was statistically significant. In the treatment group, 12 cases were clinically cured, 14 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, the effective rate was 86.67%, and the total effective rate was 96.67%, while in the control group, 4 cases were clinically cured. There were 11 cases of remarkable effect, 12 cases of effective and 3 cases of failure. The effective rate was 50.000.The total effective rate was 90.00g. Conclusion: Xiebai Powder is safe and reliable in the treatment of infantile pulmonary heat constipation.
