【摘要】：目的探討無水乙醇聯(lián)合組織膠硬化栓塞治療兒童高回流靜脈畸形的臨床效果。方法回顧性分析2009年4月至2014年10月全身麻醉下介入硬化劑治療的339例靜脈畸形患兒臨床資料。對137例高回流靜脈畸形患兒施行無水乙醇聯(lián)合α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯(NBCA)硬化栓塞治療。術(shù)后隨訪6~24個月,平均15個月。結(jié)果 137例高回流靜脈畸形患兒均成功接受無水乙醇聯(lián)合NBCA膠治療,其中23例治愈,31例基本治愈,42例有效(好轉(zhuǎn)),總有效率為70%(96/137)。1例NBCA膠回流導致異位栓塞,8例皮膚破潰,3例術(shù)中出現(xiàn)一過性肺動脈高壓,不良反應發(fā)生率為8%(12/137)。結(jié)論無水乙醇聯(lián)合NBCA膠硬化栓塞治療兒童高回流靜脈畸形,是一種安全有效、不良反應發(fā)生率低的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ethanol combined with tissue glue embolization in the treatment of hyperreflux venous malformations in children.Methods The clinical data of 339 children with venous malformations treated with interventional sclerotherapy under general anesthesia from April 2009 to October 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.137 children with hyperreflux venous malformations were treated with ethanol combined with alpha-cyanopropylene. Results 137 cases of high reflux venous malformations were successfully treated with absolute ethanol combined with NBCA glue. 23 cases were cured, 31 cases were basically cured, 42 cases were effective (improved). The total effective rate was 70% (96/137). One case of NBCA glue reflux led to ectopic embolism, 8 cases of skin ulceration, 3 cases of skin ulceration. The incidence of adverse reactions was 8%(12/137). Conclusion Ethanol combined with NBCA glue scleroembolization is a safe and effective method for the treatment of children with high reflux venous malformation.
