82例腦癱高危兒家庭復(fù)原力影響因素分析

【摘要】：目的分析腦癱高危兒家庭復(fù)原力的影響因素。方法對2016年1~12月診斷為腦癱高危兒現(xiàn)在接受康復(fù)治療的82例患兒,行家庭復(fù)原力量表評分,并用自制問卷收集患兒性別、類型、腦損傷程度、康復(fù)治療時間、主要照顧者類型、主要照顧者文化程度、主要照顧者工作狀況、治療費用報銷的方式。先對上述因素與患兒家庭復(fù)原力的關(guān)系行單因素分析,然后對對P0.05的因素行Logistics多因素回歸。結(jié)果本組患兒家庭復(fù)原力量表得分135~227(182.13±18.85)分。單因素分析結(jié)果顯示腦損傷程度、康復(fù)治療時間、主要照顧者文化程度、主要照顧者工作狀況、治療費用報銷的方式均與患兒家庭復(fù)原力有關(guān)(P均0.05)。將P0.05的因素納入Logistics回歸分析,結(jié)果顯示腦損傷程度、康復(fù)治療時間、主要照顧者文化程度、主要照顧者工作狀況、治療費用報銷的方式均是患兒家庭復(fù)原力的影響因素(P均0.05)。結(jié)論腦癱高危兒腦損傷程度、康復(fù)治療時間、主要照顧者文化程度、主要照顧者工作狀況以及治療費用報銷方式是家庭復(fù)原力的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influencing factors of family resilience in high risk children with cerebral palsy. Methods 82 children with high risk of cerebral palsy who were diagnosed as children with high risk of cerebral palsy from January to December 2016 were assessed with family recovery strength table, and their gender, type, degree of brain injury, rehabilitation time and type of main caregivers were collected by self-made questionnaire. Main carer's education level, the main carer's work condition, the treatment expense reimbursement way. The relationship between the above factors and family resilience was analyzed by univariate analysis, and then Logistics multivariate regression was performed on the factors of P05. Results the score of family recovery strength table was 135 ~ 227 (182.13 鹵18.85). The results of univariate analysis showed that the degree of brain injury, the time of rehabilitation treatment, the education level of the main caregivers, the working status of the main caregivers and the way of reimbursement of treatment expenses were all related to the family resilience of the children (all P 0.05). The results showed that the degree of brain injury, the time of rehabilitation treatment, the education level of the main caregivers, the working status of the main caregivers and the way of reimbursement of treatment expenses were all the influencing factors of the family resilience of the children (all P 0.05). Conclusion the degree of brain injury, the time of rehabilitation treatment, the education level of the main caregivers, the working status of the main caregivers and the way of reimbursement of treatment expenses are the influencing factors of family resilience in high-risk children with cerebral palsy.
