【摘要】：目的：評(píng)價(jià)止瀉散加捏脊療法治療小兒輪狀病毒性腹瀉的臨床療效觀察。 方法：通過(guò)收集濕熱型輪狀病毒性腹瀉患兒60例,隨機(jī)分為2組,治療組30例,對(duì)照組30例。治療組給予止瀉散輔以捏脊療法,對(duì)照組給予止瀉散治療,療程3天。觀察兩組的總療效、治療前后中醫(yī)癥候的改善情況及止瀉時(shí)間。 結(jié)果：治療3天后,結(jié)果表明：綜合療效,治療組總有效率90%,對(duì)照組總有效率80%,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；中醫(yī)癥候的療效比較,治療組總有效率93.3%,對(duì)照組總有效率83.3%,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)：在改善主要癥狀和體征的方面,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)；治療組的止瀉時(shí)間較對(duì)照組縮短,差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：止瀉散加捏脊療法治療小兒輪狀病毒性腹瀉的臨床療效顯著,尤其改善中醫(yī)癥候和縮短病程方面有顯著的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Zhixiesan plus chiropractic therapy on rotavirus diarrhea in children. Methods: 60 children with rotavirus diarrhea of damp-heat type were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with Zhixiesan plus chiropractic therapy, while the control group was treated with Zhixiesan for 3 days. Observe the total curative effect of the two groups, the improvement of TCM symptoms and the time of stopping diarrhea before and after treatment. Results: after 3 days of treatment, the results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the total effective rate of the control group was 80%, the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3g and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P0.05), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05): in improving the main symptoms and signs, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05); The time of stopping diarrhea in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Zhixiesan plus chiropractic therapy is effective in treating rotavirus diarrhea in children, especially in improving TCM symptoms and shortening the course of disease.
