【摘要】：目的探討中性粒細胞與淋巴細胞比值(NLR)在新生兒窒息后的變化及臨床意義。方法將78例新生兒窒息按阿氏(Apgar)評分分為輕度窒息組(60例)和重度窒息組(18例),同時設(shè)正常對照組30例,用全自動血細胞分析儀檢測其外周血白細胞分類計數(shù),并計算NLR值。結(jié)果相較于正常對照組,窒息組白細胞計數(shù)與NLR均升高(P0.05);重度窒息組NLR高于輕度窒息組(P0.05);經(jīng)治療后重度窒息組NLR呈下降趨勢,相較于第1、3及7天差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 NLR與新生兒窒息的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關(guān),檢測NLR對新生兒窒息的早期診斷和窒息程度判斷及預后具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and clinical significance of neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in neonatal asphyxia. Methods Seventy-eight neonates with asphyxia were divided into mild asphyxia group (60 cases) and severe asphyxia group (18 cases) according to Archer's (Apgar) score. 30 cases of normal control group were set up at the same time. The leukocyte count in peripheral blood was detected by automatic blood cell analyzer, and the NLR value was calculated. Results compared with the normal control group, the white blood cell count and NLR in the asphyxia group increased (P0.05), the NLR in the severe asphyxia group was higher than that in the mild asphyxia group (P0.05), and the NLR in the severe asphyxia group decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the 1st and 7th day (P0.05). Conclusion NLR is related to the occurrence and development of neonatal asphyxia. The detection of NLR is of great significance in the early diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia and the judgement of asphyxia degree and prognosis.
