【摘要】：目的分析吉林省2013年5歲以下兒童生長遲緩狀況的影響因素,為進(jìn)一步改善兒童營養(yǎng)狀況提供參考。方法利用吉林省2013年國家衛(wèi)生服務(wù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用單因素和多因素Logistic回歸分析生長遲緩的影響因素。結(jié)果吉林省2013年5歲以下兒童生長遲緩發(fā)生率為23.8%。單因素分析顯示,城市(OR=0.38,95%CI=0.25-0.57)、高收入(OR=0.40,95%CI=0.24-0.66)、母親教育程度在初中以上(OR=0.50,95%CI=0.32-0.81)、安全飲用水(OR=0.41,95%CI=0.22-0.75)和衛(wèi)生廁所(OR=0.36,95%CI=0.24-0.53)是兒童生長遲緩的保護(hù)因素。調(diào)整其他因素后,城市(OR=0.54,95%CI=0.31-0.94)、安全飲用水(OR=0.28,95%CI=0.13-0.60)和衛(wèi)生廁所(OR=0.40,95%CI=0.24-0.67)仍表現(xiàn)出明顯的保護(hù)作用;收入和母親教育的影響差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論城鄉(xiāng)分組和衛(wèi)生環(huán)境是吉林省2013年5歲以下兒童生長遲緩的主要影響因素,為進(jìn)一步提高兒童營養(yǎng)狀況,應(yīng)全面落實(shí)重大公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influencing factors of growth retardation in children under 5 years of age in Jilin province in 2013 and to provide reference for further improving the nutritional status of children. Methods based on the data of National Health Service Survey in Jilin Province in 2013, univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of growth retardation. Results the incidence of growth retardation in children under 5 years old in Jilin province in 2013 was 23.8%. Univariate analysis showed that cities (OR=0.38,95%CI=0.25-0.57), high income (OR=0.40,95%CI=0.24-0.66), mothers with education above junior high (OR=0.50,95%CI=0.32-0.81), safe drinking water (OR=0.41,95%CI=0.22-0.75) and sanitary toilets (OR=0.36,95%CI=0.24-0.53) were protective factors for children's growth retardation. After adjusting for other factors, city (OR=0.54,95%CI=0.31-0.94), safe drinking water (OR=0.28,95%CI=0.13-0.60) and sanitary toilet (OR=0.40,95%CI=0.24-0.67) still showed significant protective effects, but there was no significant difference between income and maternal education. Conclusion Urban and rural groups and health environment are the main influencing factors of children under 5 years of age growth retardation in Jilin Province in 2013. In order to further improve the nutritional status of children, it is necessary to implement major public health service projects in an all-round way.
