【摘要】：目的：觀察并評價溫膽薏竹湯治療小兒濕疹脾虛濕蘊型的臨床療效。方法：選取符合入選標準的小兒濕疹脾虛濕蘊型患者91例,采用隨機分組的方法,分為治療組和對照組,其中治療組45例,對照組46例。治療組口服溫膽薏竹湯,對照組口服鹽酸西替利嗪糖漿,2組均詳細指導(dǎo)護理。治療4周后進行綜合療效(包括總療效、皮損面積及嚴重程度的改善情況、瘙瘁程度的改善情況)評定,停藥1個月后進行隨訪,觀察其復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果：1.總有效率治療組為93.33%,對照組為91.30%；愈顯率治療組為75.56%,對照組為54.35%,治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。2.治療組用藥前后,在EASI分值、瘙瘁程度積分兩方面差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)；兩組患者治療后,治療組與對照組在以上兩方面比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.治療組復(fù)發(fā)率低于對照組(P0.05)結(jié)論：1.溫膽薏竹湯能明顯減低小兒濕疹脾虛濕蘊型患者的EASI分值,減輕患者的皮損面積及嚴重程度,并能明顯改善患者的瘙癢癥狀,且以上方面均優(yōu)于對照組。2.溫膽薏竹湯可以明顯降低小兒濕疹的復(fù)發(fā)率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Wentian Yizhu decoction (WYD) in treating children's eczema with spleen deficiency and accumulation of dampness. Methods: Ninety-one children with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 45) and control group (n = 46). The treatment group was treated with Wentian Yi Zhu decoction and the control group with cetirizine hydrochloride syrup. After 4 weeks of treatment, the comprehensive curative effect (including the total curative effect, the improvement of the area and severity of skin lesion, the improvement of the degree of pruritus) was evaluated, and the recurrence rate was observed after 1 month follow-up. The result is 1: 1. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33 and in the control group was 91.30. The curative effect rate was 75.56 in the treatment group and 54.35 in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P0.05) .2. Before and after the treatment group, the EASI score, the pain degree score had statistical significance (P0.05); two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group and the control group in the above two aspects, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). 3. The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Wentian Yizhu decoction can obviously reduce the EASI score of the patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type of eczema, alleviate the area and severity of skin lesions of the patients, and obviously improve the pruritus symptoms of the patients, and the above aspects are better than that of the control group. 2. Wentian Yizhu decoction can obviously reduce the recurrence rate of eczema in children.
