【摘要】：目的：觀(guān)察選奇藿膽益氣顆粒治療小兒急鼻淵肺經(jīng)風(fēng)熱證的臨床療效。 方法：選取符合條件的門(mén)診患者60例，隨機(jī)分為觀(guān)察治療組30例，對(duì)照組30例。治療組給予選奇藿膽益氣顆粒，對(duì)照組給予鼻炎康,兩組給藥均一周一個(gè)療程，連續(xù)治療兩個(gè)療程，兩周后進(jìn)行兩組療效對(duì)照，觀(guān)察其中西醫(yī)癥狀證候，進(jìn)行鼻腔檢查，，并觀(guān)察X片或CT片等的改善情況，判定選奇藿膽益氣顆粒對(duì)治療小兒急鼻淵肺經(jīng)風(fēng)熱證的臨床療效。 結(jié)果：治療組總有效率為90.00％，對(duì)照組總有效率為83.33％，治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P 0.05)。兩組在鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽、咽干口渴、鼻甲腫大等主要癥狀體征改善上，CT改善情況及癥狀體征總療效比較、鼻竇炎復(fù)發(fā)率情況比較上，均有顯著性差異(P 0.05)，提示治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P 0.05)。兩組治療期間均未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論：選奇藿膽益氣顆粒治療小兒急鼻淵肺經(jīng)風(fēng)熱證臨床療效明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of Xanqihudan Yiqi granule in treating children with acute nasolus lung meridian heat syndrome. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was given Xanqihuudan Yiqi granule, the control group was given Biyankang, the two groups were given one course of treatment a week, two consecutive courses of treatment, two weeks later, two groups of curative effect control, observe the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese and western medicine, carry on the nasal cavity examination, The improvement of X-film or CT film was observed and the clinical effect of Xichihuudan Yiqi granule in treating children with acute nasopharyngeal lung meridian heat syndrome was evaluated. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00g and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). Two groups in nasal congestion, runny, cough, dry pharynx thirst, turbinomegaly and other main symptoms and signs of improvement on CT, symptoms and signs of the total efficacy, sinusitis recurrence rate comparison, There were significant differences (P 0.05), indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group (P 0.05). There were no adverse reactions during treatment in both groups. Conclusion: Xuanqihudan Yiqi granule has obvious curative effect on children's acute nasosinar lung meridian heat syndrome.
