【摘要】：目的分析MP抗體陽(yáng)性對(duì)CVA患兒肺功能、炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平和預(yù)后的影響。方法以2014年6月至2015年12月在本院接受治療的咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒為研究對(duì)象。根據(jù)其實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)結(jié)果分為肺炎支原體陽(yáng)性組(MP陽(yáng)性組,55例)和肺炎支原體陰性組(MP陰性組,50例)。觀察兩組患兒肺功能指標(biāo)、炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平和預(yù)后的差異。結(jié)果兩組患兒的肺功能指標(biāo)存在明顯差別:MP陽(yáng)性組FVC、FEV1和FEV1/FVC等指標(biāo)明顯低于MP陰性組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);MP陽(yáng)性組患兒的IL-10、IL-13和IL-1β等炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平明顯高于MP陰性組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);MP陰性組患兒生活質(zhì)量各維度得分明顯高于MP陽(yáng)性組患兒,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);MP陽(yáng)性組患兒半年復(fù)發(fā)率明顯高于MP陰性組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 MP抗體陽(yáng)性的CVA患兒肺功能較差、炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平較高,且預(yù)后和生活質(zhì)量均受明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effects of MP antibody positive on pulmonary function, inflammatory cytokines and prognosis in children with CVA. Methods Children with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were studied. According to the results of laboratory tests, the patients were divided into mycoplasma pneumoniae positive group (MP positive group, 55 cases) and mycoplasma pneumoniae negative group (MP negative group, 50 cases). Pulmonary function, inflammatory cytokines and prognosis were observed. Results there was a significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups. The levels of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-10, IL-13 and IL-1 尾 in the positive group of MP were significantly higher than those in the negative group of MP (P0.05), and the indexes of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the positive group were significantly lower than those in the group with negative MP. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05) the scores of QOL in MP negative group were significantly higher than those in MP positive group (P0.05), the semi-annual recurrence rate in MP positive group was significantly higher than that in MP negative group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the pulmonary function of children with MP antibody positive CVA is poor, the level of inflammatory cytokines is higher, and the prognosis and quality of life are obviously affected.
