【摘要】：目的：小兒腹瀉病是兒科臨床常見病,本研究基于酸甘化陰理論,結(jié)合小兒生理病理特點,通過臨床研究,考察酸甘化陰法(加味人參烏梅湯)治療小兒氣陰兩虛型腹瀉的療效,為進一步發(fā)揮中醫(yī)藥治療小兒腹瀉病優(yōu)勢提供依據(jù),為中藥新藥的開發(fā)奠定基礎(chǔ)。 方法：選用60例均符合小兒氣陰兩虛證臨床特點的患兒,隨機分成治療組和對照組,治療組和對照組各30例。治療組采用以酸甘化陰為法制定的加味人參烏梅湯口服治療,對照組采用思密達和金雙歧口服治療,經(jīng)服藥6天后,系統(tǒng)的觀察兩組有效率及兩組在減少大便次數(shù)、改善大便性狀等臨床主要癥狀方面的差別,并同時觀察患兒精神、飲食、皮膚彈性、口渴等氣陰兩虛癥狀的改善情況,從而判定酸甘化陰法治療小兒氣陰兩虛腹瀉的臨床療效。 結(jié)果：本研究的60例患兒中,治療組顯控率73.3%,對照組顯控率56.67%,采用酸甘化陰法方藥治療組顯控率顯著高于口服思密達和金雙歧對照組；治療前,治療組和對照組患兒癥狀體征無顯著性差異(P0.05),有可比性；治療后,治療組癥狀體征的改善明顯優(yōu)于對照組。 結(jié)論：酸甘化陰法(加味人參烏梅湯)能有效治療小兒氣陰兩虛型腹瀉,其證候療效及對癥狀的改善,作用優(yōu)于思密達加金雙歧口服。
[Abstract]:Objective: infantile diarrhea is a common disease in pediatrics. Based on the theory of acid-glycosylation of yin and combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of children, the clinical study was carried out. To investigate the curative effect of sour glycyrrhizic method (modified ginseng wumei decoction) on diarrhea of children with deficiency of both qi and yin, to provide the basis for further exerting the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diarrhea in children, and to lay a foundation for the development of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 60 cases of children with deficiency of qi and yin were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. The treatment group was treated by oral administration of modified Ginseng Wumei decoction, and the control group was treated by oral administration of smecta and Jin Bifidobacterium. After 6 days of administration, the effective rate of the two groups and the number of defecation in the two groups were observed systematically. At the same time, we observed the improvement of Qi and Yin deficiency symptoms, such as spirit, diet, skin elasticity, thirst and so on, so as to determine the clinical effect of acid-glycosylated yin method in treating children with diarrhea due to deficiency of qi and yin. Results: the control rate of the treatment group was 73.3%, the control rate of the control group was 56.67%. The apparent control rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the oral smecta and Jin Bifidobacterium group, and before treatment, the control rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the control rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in symptoms and signs between the treatment group and the control group (P0.05). After treatment, the improvement of symptoms and signs in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion: the method of sour glycosylation of Yin (modified Ginseng Wumei decoction) can effectively treat diarrhea of deficiency of Qi and Yin, its syndromes curative effect and the improvement of symptoms, the effect is better than that of smecta plus Jin Bifidobacterium oral.
