【摘要】：目的了解5種炎癥因子MCP-1、IL-1β、IL-18、HMGB1、IL-10在重癥EV71型手足口病(HFMD)中的臨床意義。方法選取某院2014年3—8月確診為重癥EV71型HFMD的住院患兒為HFMD組,同期本院門診體檢的健康兒童為對(duì)照組,動(dòng)態(tài)觀察兩組外周血MCP-1、IL-1β、IL-18、HMGB1、IL-10表達(dá)水平的變化,并收集HFMD組臨床資料。結(jié)果 HFMD組共102例患兒,平均年齡為(2.18±0.91)歲,其中主要以≤3歲為主,占80.39%;HFMD組患兒入院時(shí)為第2期77例,第3期16例,第4期9例。經(jīng)過(guò)第2期共77例,第3期共52例,第4期共21例,第5期共88例。HFMD組第2、3、4期分別與對(duì)照組的5種炎癥因子表達(dá)水平比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05);HFMD組第3期與第4期的IL-10表達(dá)水平比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。HFMD組第2、3期進(jìn)展組HMGB1表達(dá)水平均高于痊愈組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。死亡組與存活組在入院時(shí)5種炎癥因子表達(dá)水平的比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論 MCP-1、HMGB1、IL-1β、IL-10、IL-18的表達(dá)水平與HFMD病情輕重相關(guān),對(duì)患兒預(yù)后的預(yù)測(cè)有一定臨床意義。HMBG1在HFMD中對(duì)病情轉(zhuǎn)歸有一定預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical significance of five inflammatory cytokines MCP-1IL-1 尾 IL-18 HMGB1mIL-10 in (HFMD) of severe EV71's hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Methods the hospitalized children with severe EV71 type HFMD from March to August 2014 were selected as the HFMD group and the healthy children in our outpatient examination as the control group.
