【摘要】：目的通過對止瀉推拿結(jié)合臍療治療兒童脾虛瀉的臨床療效的觀察,驗證止瀉推拿結(jié)合臍療治療兒童脾虛瀉的確切療效。方法2015年12月至2016年11月我院針灸推拿科門診就診的并符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的脾虛瀉患兒共92例,隨機將患兒分為止瀉推拿臍療治療組和單純藥物(蒙脫石散劑)對照組進行治療,兩組患兒治療2周后進行療效觀察并進行療效、安全性評價,治療停止后1個月對脾虛癥狀指標(biāo)進行隨訪。結(jié)果(1)兩組患兒經(jīng)過2周治療后,對照組痊愈12例,好轉(zhuǎn)18例,無效16例,總有效率為65.2%;治療組痊愈19例,好轉(zhuǎn)21例,無效6例,總有效率為86.9%。兩組療效經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組。其他觀察指標(biāo)在治療后兩組均有改善,1個月后隨訪指標(biāo)兩組脾虛癥狀有所反彈,對照組較為明顯。(2)治療前后兩組患兒脾虛癥狀積分、食欲癥狀積分、大便性狀積分、面色癥狀積分組內(nèi)比較差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),表明止瀉推拿結(jié)合臍療和單純藥物(蒙脫石散劑)口服治療兒童脾虛瀉均具有較明顯的效果。(3)治療后兩組患兒脾虛癥狀積分、食欲癥狀積分、大便性狀積分、面色癥狀積分組間比較差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),表明止瀉推拿結(jié)合臍療治療兒童脾虛瀉臨床療效優(yōu)于單純藥物(蒙脫石散劑)口服。結(jié)論止瀉推拿結(jié)合臍療治療兒童脾虛瀉療效顯著,安全性高,操作簡單易學(xué)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical curative effect of diarrhea relieving massage combined with umbilical therapy in treating children with spleen deficiency diarrhea, and to verify the exact effect of reducing diarrhea massage combined with umbilical therapy in treating children with spleen deficiency diarrhea. Methods from December 2015 to November 2016, 92 children with spleen asthenia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group treated with simple medicine (montmorillonite powder). The efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed 2 weeks after treatment, and the symptoms of spleen deficiency were followed up 1 month after treatment. Results (1) after 2 weeks of treatment, 12 cases were cured, 18 cases were improved, 16 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 65.2 in the control group, 19 cases were cured, 21 cases were improved, 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.9% in the treatment group. The two groups were treated by statistics, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Other observation indexes were improved in both groups after treatment, and the symptoms of spleen deficiency in the two groups rebounded after one month follow-up, while those in the control group were more obvious. (2) before and after treatment, the score of spleen deficiency symptom, appetite symptom score and stool trait score were more obvious in the two groups. There were significant differences in facial color symptom score between the two groups (P0.05), which indicated that the combination of anti-diarrhea massage and umbilical therapy and oral medicine (montmorillonite powder) were more effective in the treatment of spleen asthenia and diarrhea in children. (3) after treatment, the symptoms of spleen deficiency in the two groups were integral. The scores of appetite symptoms, stool traits and facial color symptoms were significantly different between the two groups (P0.05). The results showed that the clinical efficacy of anti-diarrhea massage combined with umbilical therapy in treating children with spleen deficiency diarrhea was better than that of simple medicine (montmorillonite powder). Conclusion the treatment of diarrhea massage combined with navel therapy is effective, safe and easy to learn.
