【摘要】：目的：采用益氣通絡(luò)法對30例小兒肺炎恢復(fù)期（肺脾氣虛型）患兒進(jìn)行臨床研究。觀察臨床療效并探討其發(fā)病機(jī)理。 方法：將符合研究方案的60例患兒隨機(jī)分成對照組、治療組兩組，兩組均按肺炎治療療程進(jìn)行常規(guī)用藥。對照組：給予童康片口服。治療組：給予結(jié)合益氣通絡(luò)法為指導(dǎo)的益氣通絡(luò)湯口服。5天為1個(gè)療程,療程結(jié)束后進(jìn)行療效評定。 結(jié)果：治療組治愈24例，顯效3例，有效1例，總有效率為93.33%；對照組治愈14例，顯效5例，有效6例，，總有效率為83.33%。治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P0.05）。 結(jié)論：益氣通絡(luò)法治療小兒肺炎恢復(fù)期（肺脾氣虛型）臨床療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study 30 cases of pneumonia in convalescence stage (deficiency of lung and spleen qi) by the method of tonifying qi and dredging collaterals. To observe the clinical effect and explore its pathogenesis. Methods: 60 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Control group: Tongkang tablets were given orally. Treatment group: Yiqi Tongluo decoction guided by Yiqi Tongluo method was taken orally for 5 days as a course of treatment, and the curative effect was evaluated after the course of treatment. Results: in the treatment group, 24 cases were cured, 3 cases were effective, 1 case was effective, the total effective rate was 93.33%, while in the control group, 14 cases were cured, 5 cases were effective, 6 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 83.33%. The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the method of tonifying qi and dredging collaterals is effective in the treatment of pneumonia in children at convalescent stage (deficiency of lung and spleen qi).
