【摘要】：目的分析山東省平陰縣2014年某小學一起流行性腮腺炎(流腮)暴發(fā)的原因和流行特征,為制定防控措施提供依據(jù)。方法采用描述性流行病學方法對疫情資料進行分析。結(jié)果該小學共發(fā)生流腮59例,罹患率為4.56%。疫情持續(xù)125天,發(fā)生7代病例。發(fā)病集中8-12歲(50例,84.75%)。男、女性罹患率分別為5.61%(37/659)、3.46%(22/636)(x~2=3.48,P0.05)。學生、教職工罹患率分別為4.68%(57/1 219)、2.63%(2/76)(x~2=0.69,P0.05)。流腮罹患率與含腮腺炎成分疫苗(MuCV)接種率呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.70,P0.02)。接種2劑次Mu CV的學生罹患率顯著低于接種1劑次者(x~2=4.09,P0.05)。結(jié)論盡早開展Mu CV應急免疫、提高2劑次MuCV接種率可有效控制學校流腮疫情。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes and epidemic characteristics of an outbreak of mumps (mumps) in a primary school in Pingyin County, Shandong Province in 2014, and to provide basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures. Methods descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic data. The result was 59 cases of mumps in the primary school, the incidence rate of 4.56%. was 125 days and 7 generation of cases occurred. The incidence of the disease was 8-12 years (50 cases, 84.75%). The incidence rate of women was 5.61% (37/659) and 3.46% (22/636) (x~2=3.48, P0.05). The students were 4.68% (57/1 219) and 2.63% (2/76) (x~2=0.69, P0.05). The incidence of mumps was negatively correlated with the rate of immunization (r=-0.70, P0.02) containing parotitis vaccine (r=-0.70, P0.02). The students were inoculated with 2 doses of Mu. The incidence of attack was significantly lower than that of those who received 1 doses (x~2=4.09, P0.05). Conclusion early Mu CV emergency immunization and 2 dose MuCV vaccination rate can effectively control the school mumps epidemic situation.
