【摘要】：先天性肛門直腸畸形是一種常見的消化道畸形。手術治療雖然挽救了患兒生命,但是術后肛門失禁、狹窄和便秘等并發(fā)癥給患兒的身心健康帶來嚴重影響。父母作為主要照顧者,既承擔照顧患兒的繁重任務,又面臨著沉重的經濟和精神負擔,成為亟待關注的群體。本文就先天性肛門直腸畸形患兒父母生活質量和社會支持的研究進展進行綜述,以期為改善該人群生活質量提供參考依據。
[Abstract]:Congenital anorectal malformation is a common alimentary tract malformation. Although surgical treatment saves children's lives, postoperative complications such as anal incontinence, stenosis and constipation have a serious impact on their physical and mental health. Parents, as the main caregivers, not only undertake the heavy task of caring for children, but also face a heavy economic and mental burden. This article reviews the research progress of parents' quality of life and social support in children with congenital anorectal malformation in order to provide reference for improving the quality of life of this population.
