【摘要】：目的：小兒遺尿在小兒疾病之中較常見,本文旨在通過臨床觀察,結(jié)合小兒自身生理病理特點深入研究小兒腎虛肺實遺尿,探討溫腎宣肺法對本病的療效,為進一步研究小兒遺尿癥奠定基礎(chǔ)。 方法：將60例符合腎虛肺實遺尿癥納入標準的門診患兒隨機納入治療組和陽性對照組,治療組30例,對照組30例。依據(jù)患兒年齡大小,治療組與陽性對照組分別予以相應劑量的止遺湯煎劑及縮泉丸口服治療,每日3次,3周為一個療程,連續(xù)給藥6周后,進行治療前后治療組自身及治療組與陽性對照組在疾病療效和癥候療效的比較,從而判定止遺湯對治療腎虛肺實遺尿患兒的臨床療效。 結(jié)果：1、基線分析：治療組與對照組在年齡、性別方面比較,(P0.05)提示無統(tǒng)計學意義,說明具有可比性。2、治療前后,治療組與對照組的主癥和次癥積分,經(jīng)檢驗有統(tǒng)計學意義。3、療效分析：(1)治療組治愈6例(20%),好轉(zhuǎn)22例(73.3%),無效2例(6.67%),總有效率93.3%：對照組痊愈5例(16.67%),好轉(zhuǎn)20例(66.67%),無效5例(16.67%),總有效率83.3%。對照組與治療組比較,治療組作用優(yōu)于對照組。(2)證候療效：組內(nèi)比較：兩組治療后其癥狀體征均較前有明顯改善；組間比較：治療組在改善小兒遺尿的睡眠深度、精神、鼻塞方面作用優(yōu)于對照組。 結(jié)論：止遺湯治療小兒腎虛肺實遺尿疾病療效及證候療效肯定；其證候療效及對癥狀的改善,作用優(yōu)于縮泉丸。
[Abstract]:Objective: infantile enuresis is common in children's diseases. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of kidney deficiency and lung disease in children through clinical observation, combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of children, and to explore the effect of the method of warming the kidney and promoting the lung to the disease, and to lay a foundation for further study of children's enuresis.
Methods: 60 cases of children who were in accordance with the kidney deficiency and lung disease were included in the treatment group and the positive control group randomly, 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. According to the age of the children, the treatment group and the positive control group were treated with the corresponding dose of Zhiyi Decoction and the Quan Quan pill respectively, 3 times a day and 3 weeks as a course of treatment. After 6 weeks, the treatment group itself and the treatment group were compared with the positive control group in the treatment group and the positive control group, so as to determine the clinical effect of Zhihui Decoction on the treatment of children with kidney deficiency and pulmonary enuresis.
Results: 1, baseline analysis: the treatment group and the control group compared with the control group in age, sex, (P0.05) showed no statistical significance, indicating a comparable.2, before and after treatment, the treatment group and the control group, the main symptoms and sub syndrome scores were statistically significant.3, curative effect Analysis: (1) treatment group cured 6 cases (20%), 22 cases (73.3%), 2 cases (6.67%). The total effective rate was 93.3%: the control group recovered 5 cases (16.67%), improved 20 cases (66.67%), 5 cases (16.67%), the total effective 83.3%. control group was compared with the treatment group, the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. (2) the syndrome effect was compared: the symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after the treatment of the two groups; the group was compared: the treatment group was improving the child remains. The sleep depth, mental and nasal congestion of urine were better than those of control group.
Conclusion: Zhiyu decoction is effective in the treatment of children with kidney deficiency, lung and solid enuresis, and its curative effect and symptom improvement are better than those of Quan Quan Wan.
