【摘要】：目的:為保障兒童家庭用藥安全提供參考。方法:采用德爾菲法,編制4輪專家問卷,分別選取39位相關(guān)專家(醫(yī)師和藥師)進行調(diào)查,對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計和分析,并篩選和提取出兒童家庭安全用藥核心信息。結(jié)果:每輪共發(fā)放問卷39份,回收有效問卷39份,4輪的有效回收率均為100%,即4輪問卷的專家積極系數(shù)值均為100%。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,第2~4輪問卷的專家權(quán)威系數(shù)均值分別為0.80±0.10、0.81±0.02、0.82±0.02;專家協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)值分別為0.122、0.125、0.291。根據(jù)相關(guān)統(tǒng)計學(xué)指標,篩選出兒童家庭安全用藥核心信息4類共45條,均滿足評分均值≥4.0分,變異系數(shù)0.25,不重要性百分比50%。結(jié)論:所篩選出的45條兒童家庭安全用藥核心信息的地位重要,專家意見集中程度高,具有代表性。該方法學(xué)和流程可為其他兒童用藥評價和干預(yù)研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the safety of drug use in children's families. Methods: Delphi method was used to compile 4 rounds of expert questionnaire. 39 experts (doctors and pharmacists) were selected to investigate the data, and the core information of safe drug use in children's family was screened and extracted. Results: 39 questionnaires were sent out in each round, and the effective recovery rates of 39 valid questionnaires and 4 rounds of valid questionnaires were all 100, that is, the positive coefficients of experts in the four rounds of questionnaires were all 100. By statistical analysis, the average value of expert authority coefficient and coordination coefficient were 0.80 鹵0.100.81 鹵0.02and 0.1220.125 / 0.291, respectively. According to the relevant statistical indexes, 45 items of core information about safe drug use in children's family were selected, all of which met the average score 鈮，
