【摘要】：目的:探討輕、重癥手足口病患兒實驗室指標隨時間的動態(tài)變化及重癥化結局的影響因素。方法:采用問卷調(diào)查收集187例手足口病患兒的基本情況和實驗室指標,將患兒分為輕癥組和重癥組,實驗室指標分為不同發(fā)病時間組,分析輕、重癥患兒的實驗室指標變化情況及重癥化結局影響因素。結果:輕、重癥手足口病患兒的中性細胞比率、淋巴細胞比率、Ig M、降鈣素原均隨時間動態(tài)變化(P0.05);中性粒細胞比率(OR=1.198,P=0.001)、淋巴細胞比率(OR=1.194,P=0.002)、白細胞個數(shù)(OR=0.916,P=0.024)、血清鈉離子(OR=0.690,P0.001)是手足口病患兒重癥化結局的影響或預警實驗室指標。結論:手足口病患兒病程中免疫水平處于動態(tài)變化,且影響重癥化結局。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the dynamic changes of laboratory indexes and the factors influencing the outcome of severe hand, foot and mouth disease in children with mild and severe hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods: 187 children with hand, foot and mouth disease were divided into mild and severe group by questionnaire, and the laboratory indexes were divided into different time groups. The changes of laboratory indexes and the influencing factors of severe outcome in severe children. Results: the percentage of neutrophils in children with mild and severe HFMD, The ratio of lymphocytes to Ig M and procalcitonin changed dynamically with time (P0.05), neutrophil ratio (OR1. 198 / P0. 001), lymphocyte ratio (OR1. 194) P0. 002, number of white blood cells (OR0. 916, P0. 024), serum sodium ions (OR0. 690, P0. 001) were the influence of severe outcome of hand, foot and mouth disease or early warning laboratory index. Conclusion: the immune level in children with HFMD is dynamic and affects the outcome of severe disease.
