【摘要】：目的:描述奉賢區(qū)出生缺陷一級預(yù)防開展的現(xiàn)狀,探討可能的影響因素,提出改善或提高一級預(yù)防干預(yù)策略。方法:對2012年1~6月到上海奉賢區(qū)各社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心產(chǎn)科初診的孕婦共760名(本市和非本市各380名)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并對部分對象開展深入訪談。結(jié)果:奉賢區(qū)出生缺陷一級預(yù)防開展項(xiàng)目較全面,但服務(wù)利用率不高,婚檢率為31.4%,懷孕前、后3個月葉酸服用率35.3%,孕前檢查率28.6%,孕前咨詢率12.0%,優(yōu)生培訓(xùn)率22.1%,孕12周前建卡率為55.3%。結(jié)論:建議建立區(qū)級協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,提高科學(xué)管理水平,努力打造婚前-孕前-圍孕期保健模式,改善服務(wù)利用,改進(jìn)出生缺陷一級預(yù)防工作。
[Abstract]:Objective: to describe the present situation of primary prevention of birth defects in Fengxian District, discuss the possible influencing factors, and put forward the strategies of improving or improving primary prevention and intervention. Methods: from January to June, 2012, 760 pregnant women (380 in this city and 380 in non-city) were investigated by questionnaire, and some of them were interviewed deeply. Results: the first level prevention of birth defects in Fengxian District was more comprehensive, but the utilization rate of service was not high. The rate of premarital examination was 31.40.The rate of folic acid use was 35.3g before pregnancy, the rate of examination before pregnancy was 28.6m, the consultation rate before pregnancy was 12.0%, the training rate of eugenics was 22.1%, and the rate of building cards before 12 weeks of pregnancy was 55.3. Conclusion: it is suggested to set up the coordination mechanism at district level, improve the level of scientific management, try to build the premarital-pre- and peri-pregnancy health care model, improve the utilization of services, and improve the primary prevention of birth defects.
