【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查中國父母對6~14歲兒童進行包皮環(huán)切術(shù)的態(tài)度及滿意度。方法:調(diào)查2010年1月至2016年8月于泌尿外科行包皮環(huán)切術(shù)的6~14歲兒童家庭共220例,采用傳統(tǒng)術(shù)式的兒童70例,商環(huán)術(shù)式150例。術(shù)后行電話隨訪,隨訪內(nèi)容包含行包皮環(huán)切術(shù)的決策者、原因、是否后悔、是否接受第二次包皮環(huán)切術(shù)、信息來源、父母對手術(shù)的滿意程度及不滿的原因。結(jié)果:6~14歲兒童行包皮環(huán)切術(shù)多由父親決定。父母選擇為兒童手術(shù)的主要原因是健康衛(wèi)生。手術(shù)的信息來源主要是網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體及朋友。29例父母對手術(shù)不滿,主要原因是術(shù)后恢復(fù)時間長、術(shù)中及術(shù)后疼痛。其中,對傳統(tǒng)術(shù)式不滿的19例(27.1%,19/70),對商環(huán)術(shù)式不滿的10例(6.7%,10/150),兩者相比具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:大部分父母對手術(shù)表示滿意,對手術(shù)不滿意的主要原因是術(shù)后恢復(fù)時間長及疼痛。患者父母更對商環(huán)術(shù)式更滿意,因此,推薦對6~14歲兒童行商環(huán)包皮環(huán)切術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the attitude and satisfaction of Chinese parents to circumcision of prepuce for children aged 6 to 14 years old. Methods: from January 2010 to August 2016, 220 cases of children aged 614 years old who underwent circumcision in urology, 70 children with traditional operation and 150 patients with commercial circumcision were investigated. The follow-up included the decision makers who underwent circumcision, the reasons, whether they regretted it, whether they accepted the second circumcision, the source of information, the degree of satisfaction of their parents with the operation and the reasons for their dissatisfaction. Results the circumcision of prepuce was mostly decided by father. The main reason why parents choose to operate on their children is health and hygiene. The main sources of information of the operation were online media and friends. 29 parents were dissatisfied with the operation, mainly because of the long recovery time, intraoperative and postoperative pain. Among them, 19 cases were dissatisfied with the traditional operation method (27.1 / 70) and 10 cases were dissatisfied with the commercial environment operation (10 cases), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: most parents are satisfied with the operation, and the main reason is the long recovery time and pain. The parents of the patients were more satisfied with the quotient circumcision, so the circumcision of the quotient ring was recommended for children aged 6 to 14.
