【摘要】：目的：觀察香砂增食湯治療小兒脾虛夾積型厭食的臨床療效。進(jìn)一步探討小兒厭食癥的發(fā)病機(jī)理及理氣健脾、消食祛積法防治小兒脾虛夾積型厭食癥的初步作用機(jī)制,為臨床治療小兒厭食癥提供思路。 方法：臨床將來(lái)源于黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院兒科門診符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的小兒脾虛夾積型厭食的患兒60例,隨機(jī)分為兩組,其中治療組30例,口服香砂增食湯；對(duì)照組30例,口服保和丸。兩組均以1個(gè)月為一個(gè)療程,治療后根據(jù)觀察指標(biāo)改善情況評(píng)分,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,評(píng)價(jià)出藥物的有效性。 結(jié)果：從臨床觀察結(jié)果來(lái)看,服用香砂增食湯后患兒食欲明顯好轉(zhuǎn),食量明顯增加,臨床相關(guān)癥狀面色、神疲、腹脹、形體消瘦、大便、手足心熱、夜寐不安、苔膩均明顯好轉(zhuǎn)或消失,提高了血紅蛋白、血鋅含量,充分證實(shí)了其在改善臨床癥狀方面有較好效果,疾病療效和證候積分均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),治療組總有效率為86.7%,對(duì)照組為76.7%,說(shuō)明治療組香砂增食湯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組保和丸的療效,可以較好的用于治療小兒脾虛夾積型厭食癥,且兩組患兒在治療中均未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論：1.香砂增食湯治療小兒脾虛夾積型厭食癥療效確切,且尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng),值得臨床推廣使用。 2.香砂增食湯在改善中醫(yī)癥候,增加患兒食欲、食量上明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Xiangsha Zengshi decoction (Xiangsha Zengshi decoction) on infantile anorexia due to spleen deficiency. To further explore the pathogenesis of infantile anorexia and the primary mechanism of regulating qi and invigorating spleen and eliminating food and removing accumulation to prevent and treat infantile anorexia with spleen deficiency and accumulation, and to provide ideas for clinical treatment of infantile anorexia. Methods: sixty children with anorexia due to spleen deficiency were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (n = 30) was treated with Xiangsha Zengshi decoction, and 30 cases were treated with Xiangsha Zengshi decoction (Xiangsha Zengshi decoction) in the pediatric outpatient department of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. Control group 30 cases, oral Baohe pills. The two groups were treated with one month as a course of treatment. The efficacy of the drug was evaluated by statistical analysis according to the improvement of the observation index. Results: after taking Xiangsha Zengshi decoction, the appetite was obviously improved, the amount of food was obviously increased, the clinical symptoms were facial color, fatigue, abdominal distension, body weight loss, defecation, hot hands and feet, restlessness at night. The greasy moss was obviously improved or disappeared, which increased the content of hemoglobin and zinc in blood, and fully proved that it had better effect in improving clinical symptoms. The total effective rate was 86.7 in the treatment group and 76.7in the control group, indicating that Xiangsha Zengshi decoction in the treatment group was superior to the Baohe pill in the control group, and could be better used in the treatment of anorexia due to spleen deficiency, and the total effective rate was 86.7 in the treatment group and 76.7in the control group, indicating that the therapeutic effect of Xiangsha Zengshi decoction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. There were no adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion 1. Xiangsha Zengshi decoction is effective in the treatment of infantile anorexia due to spleen deficiency, and no adverse reactions have been found, which is worth popularizing in clinic. 2. Xiangsha Zengshi decoction is superior to the control group in improving TCM symptoms, increasing appetite and eating quantity.
