【摘要】：營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良普遍存在于慢性肝病患兒中,且二者相互影響。慢性肝病可以造成營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良,而營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良可以影響慢性肝病患兒的預(yù)后。由于慢性肝病營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況評(píng)價(jià)的復(fù)雜性,目前對(duì)于慢性肝病患兒營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良的診斷尚缺乏統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)肝病患者的營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良并對(duì)其進(jìn)行干預(yù),將有助于改善慢性肝病患兒的預(yù)后。該文綜述兒童慢性肝病的營(yíng)養(yǎng)特點(diǎn)及慢性肝病患兒營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況的評(píng)估方法。
[Abstract]:Malnutrition is common in children with chronic liver disease, and they interact with each other. Chronic liver disease can cause malnutrition, which can affect the prognosis of children with chronic liver disease. Due to the complexity of nutritional status evaluation of chronic liver disease, there is still no unified standard for the diagnosis of malnutrition in children with chronic liver disease. It will help to improve the prognosis of children with chronic liver disease. This article reviews the nutritional characteristics of children with chronic liver disease and the evaluation of nutritional status of children with chronic liver disease.
