【摘要】：目的：評估在新生兒膿毒癥診斷時，PCT與CRP、WBC計數(shù)相比所占的特殊優(yōu)勢。方法：搜集2013年1月至2014年1月在遼寧省大連市中心醫(yī)院的新生兒科住院的新生兒膿毒癥的患兒46例，另選取50例同期住院非患新生兒膿毒癥的新生兒作為對照組，入院時均做PCT，，CRP和WBC計數(shù)檢查。陽性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)PCT2μg/L；CRP8mg/L；WBC20×109/L。所有數(shù)據(jù)均用SPSS13.0分析。結(jié)果：兩組其它實驗變量得到控制，實驗具有準(zhǔn)確性。兩組WBC計數(shù)沒有顯著差異（P0.05）,但PCT，CRP檢查均有顯著差異(P0.01)，其中PCT診斷新生兒膿毒癥的靈敏性（87%）明顯高于CRP(63%)，但是特異性（87%）略低于CRP（90%）�？傊�，PCT約登指數(shù)明顯高于CRP。結(jié)論：PCT在新生兒膿毒癥診斷中具有重要診斷價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the special advantages of PCT and CRP WBC in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis. Methods: from January 2013 to January 2014, 46 neonates with neonatal sepsis who were hospitalized in the Department of Neonatrics in Dalian City Hospital of Liaoning Province were collected, and 50 non-sepsis neonates in the same period were selected as the control group. All patients were examined with PCT CRP and WBC on admission. Positive standard PCT2 渭 g / L CRP 8 mg / L WBC20 脳 109 / L. All data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Results: two groups of other experimental variables were controlled and the experiment was accurate. There was no significant difference in WBC count between the two groups (P 0.05), but there was significant difference in CRP examination between the two groups. The sensitivity of PCT in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis was significantly higher than that in CRP63, but the specificity was slightly lower than that in CRP90. In a word, the Jorden index of PCT was significantly higher than that of CRP. ConclusionPCT has important diagnostic value in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.
