【摘要】：目的探究童年期心理創(chuàng)傷對(duì)抑郁癥患者情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略和述情障礙的影響。方法納入抑郁癥患者(n=78)和正常對(duì)照被試者(n=80),采用童年期創(chuàng)傷量表、情緒調(diào)節(jié)量表、多倫多述情障礙量表對(duì)兩組測(cè)評(píng)。結(jié)果 (1)相比對(duì)照組,抑郁癥組較少采用認(rèn)知重評(píng)策略(P0.01),存在明顯的述情障礙(P0.01),童年期情感虐待、情感忽視、軀體忽視經(jīng)歷較高(P0.01,P0.05);(2)相關(guān)分析中,認(rèn)知重評(píng)和性虐待、情感忽視呈顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)性(P0.05);述情量表總分和情感虐待、性虐待呈顯著正相關(guān)性(P0.05,P0.01),外向型思維與性虐待呈顯著正相關(guān)性(P0.01)。結(jié)論抑郁癥患者存在情緒調(diào)節(jié)功能失調(diào)和述情障礙,可能與童年期心理創(chuàng)傷有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effects of childhood trauma on mood regulation strategies and alexithymia in patients with depression. Methods the patients with depression were included in the study and the normal control subjects were tested with the childhood trauma scale, emotional regulation scale and Toronto alexithymia scale. Results (1) compared with the control group, the depression group used less cognitive reassessment strategy (P0.01A), there were significant alexithymia (P0.01a), emotional abuse in childhood, emotional neglect, and higher experience of physical neglect (P0.01P0.05) in the correlation analysis, cognitive reassessment and sexual abuse were found. There was significant negative correlation between affective neglect and affective abuse, significant positive correlation between total score of alexithymia scale and affective abuse, significant positive correlation between sexual abuse and extroverted thinking, and significant positive correlation between extroverted thinking and sexual abuse. Conclusion there are emotional regulation disorders and alexithymia in patients with depression, which may be related to childhood trauma.
