【摘要】：目的探索2-14歲凝血功能正常的兒童血栓彈力圖各項(xiàng)檢測(cè)正常值范圍及性別差異,與成人正常值范圍的異同。方法選取凝血功能4項(xiàng)結(jié)果正常的兒童126例及健康成人34例,按照年齡分為Ⅰ組(2-3歲)、Ⅱ組(4-8歲)、Ⅲ組(9-14歲)及Ⅳ組(成人18-55歲)。兒童組又根據(jù)性別分為男性組和女性組。應(yīng)用血栓彈力圖檢測(cè)儀分別測(cè)定凝血反應(yīng)時(shí)間(R)、凝血形成時(shí)間(K)、凝固角(α)、最大振幅(MA)等指標(biāo)。將不同年齡組和不同性別組的相應(yīng)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,3個(gè)兒童組之間各項(xiàng)檢測(cè)指標(biāo)均無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。兒童組平均值與成人組相比,組間的R值、K值、α角、MA值均無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。男性?xún)和团詢(xún)和gR值、K值、α角、MA值均無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 2-14歲中國(guó)兒童的血栓彈力圖正常值范圍與成人無(wú)差異,可參照成人正常值范圍判讀結(jié)果。男性?xún)和团詢(xún)和难◤椓D正常值范圍相同。
