SHR、WKY大鼠與SD大鼠注意缺陷多動障礙模型行為學(xué)特征的比較

【摘要】:目的比較SHR、WKY、SD大鼠行為學(xué)特征,探尋研究SHR大鼠注意缺陷多動障礙(ADHD)理想的對照模型。方法運(yùn)用曠場實(shí)驗(yàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)大鼠運(yùn)動距離、運(yùn)動速度、穿格數(shù)及理毛次數(shù)來評價(jià)SHR、WKY、SD大鼠自主運(yùn)動情況;運(yùn)用水迷宮實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測三組大鼠的學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力。結(jié)果曠場實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,SHR大鼠在總運(yùn)動量、平均運(yùn)動速度及穿格次數(shù)上較WKY及SD大鼠均顯著增加(P0.01);與WKY大鼠相比,SD大鼠運(yùn)動距離顯著高于WKY組(P0.01),其運(yùn)動速度及穿格數(shù)略高于WKY組(P0.05);水迷宮隱匿站臺實(shí)驗(yàn)中,與SHR大鼠相比,SD大鼠潛伏期較長(P0.05),在潛伏期運(yùn)動距離上,SD大鼠在訓(xùn)練第1天、第3天及第4天運(yùn)動距離較SHR大鼠延長(P0.05或P0.01);比較WKY組,SD大鼠潛伏期及潛伏期運(yùn)動距離較WKY在各個(gè)訓(xùn)練時(shí)間均有不同程度的下降(P0.05或P0.01)。在空間探索階段,SD大鼠穿臺次數(shù)及目標(biāo)象限運(yùn)動時(shí)間、距離比率等均較SHR大鼠有所減少(P0.05),而較WKY大鼠則有不同程度的升高(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論 WKY大鼠與SHR大鼠行為學(xué)差異過大,兩者的比較存在一定的不足,增設(shè)SD大鼠作為SHR大鼠的對照組能夠提升SHR大鼠行為學(xué)特征的可比性,更為客觀的反映SHR大鼠的行為學(xué)特征。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the behavioral characteristics of SHR-WKYSD rats and to explore an ideal control model for the study of ADHD in SHR rats with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Open field experiment was used to evaluate the spontaneous movement of SHR-WKYYSD rats, and the learning and memory abilities of the three groups were measured by water maze test. Results the results of open field experiment showed that the total exercise amount of SHR rats was higher than that of SHR rats. Compared with WKY and SD rats, the average exercise speed and the number of piercing were significantly higher in SD rats than those in WKY and SD rats, and the distance between SD rats and WKY rats was significantly higher than that in WKY rats, and the speed and number of traverses were slightly higher than that in WKY group. In the water maze occult platform experiment, the average movement speed and the number of traversals in SD rats were slightly higher than those in WKY group. The incubation period of SD rats was longer than that of SHR rats. On the 3rd and 4th day, the exercise distance was significantly longer than that of SHR rats (P0.05 or P0.01), and the latency and latency of SD rats in WKY group were significantly lower than that of WKY in different training time (P0.05 or P0.01). At the stage of space exploration, the number of platform penetration, the time of target quadrant movement and the distance ratio of Sprague-Dawley rats were decreased compared with those of SHR rats, while those of WKY rats were significantly higher than those of WKY rats (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion the behavioral differences between WKY rats and SHR rats are too great, and there are some deficiencies in the comparison between them. The addition of SD rats as the control group of SHR rats can enhance the comparability of the behavioral characteristics of SHR rats. The behavioral characteristics of SHR rats were more objectively reflected.
