【摘要】：目的了解新疆哈薩克族學(xué)齡兒童超體質(zhì)量、肥胖學(xué)齡兒童內(nèi)毒素(LPS)變化情況,初步探索LPS與體格測(cè)量指標(biāo)間的相關(guān)性。方法從參加"新疆學(xué)齡兒童超體質(zhì)量肥胖流行病學(xué)調(diào)查"的阿勒泰地區(qū)世居學(xué)齡兒童(共7 648名)中選擇104名為研究對(duì)象,測(cè)量體質(zhì)量、身高、腰圍、臀圍、血壓各項(xiàng)體格指標(biāo),計(jì)算體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、腰圍身高比(WHtR),并檢測(cè)LPS及血糖血脂等生化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果隨著B(niǎo)MI的增高,腰圍、臀圍、收縮壓(SBP)、WHtR均增高;肥胖組的LPS、三酰甘油(TG)均明顯高于超體質(zhì)量組及對(duì)照組;LPS分別與BMI分級(jí)(正常、超體質(zhì)量、肥胖3個(gè)等級(jí))、腰圍、WHtR呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)(r=0.865、0.556、-0.477,P=0.000);WHtR異常增高的哈薩克族學(xué)齡兒童具有更高的血壓及LPS水平;WHtR與SBP存在正相關(guān)(r=0.441,P=0.000)。結(jié)論 LPS與哈薩克族學(xué)齡兒童超體質(zhì)量、肥胖相關(guān),腹型肥胖的哈薩克族學(xué)齡兒童更易出現(xiàn)SBP異常增高及LPS水平增高情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of superbody mass and endotoxin in obese children of Kazak school age in Xinjiang, and to explore the correlation between LPS and physical indexes. Methods 104 school-aged children (7,648 children) in Altay area were selected as subjects, and their body mass, height, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured. Body mass index (BMI), waist circumference / height ratio (WHTR), LPS, blood glucose and blood lipid were measured. Results with the increase of BMI, the waist circumference, hip circumference and systolic blood pressure (SBP) WHTR of obese group were significantly higher than those of superbody mass group and control group (normal, superbody mass). In 3 grades of obesity, there was a positive correlation between WHtR of waist circumference and 0.865-0.556 ~ -0.477P ~ (0.000) and a higher blood pressure and LPS level in Kazakh schoolchildren with abnormal increase of WHTR. There was a positive correlation between WHTR and SBP (0.441P _ (0.000). Conclusion LPS is associated with superbody mass and obesity in Kazakh school-age children, and abnormally high SBP and LPS levels are more likely to occur in abdominal obese Kazakh school-age children.
