【摘要】：目的：探討參芪建宗顆粒治療小兒心肌損害宗氣虛證的治療作用及臨床療效，為本病本證的醫(yī)治尋求新方法、新途徑。方法：將符合西醫(yī)心肌損害和中醫(yī)太息證宗氣虛證診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患兒，隨機分為治療組（30例）和對照組（30例），治療組給予常規(guī)治療，同時給予參芪建宗顆粒，對照組只予常規(guī)治療，并于治療前后做血清心肌酶譜、心電圖的檢測。兩組均以15天為一療程，觀察兩組的臨床療效，隨訪1個月，觀察遠(yuǎn)期療效。結(jié)果：治療組總有效率為93.33％，對照組總有效率為86.67％，在改善患兒癥狀、體征及心肌酶譜、心電圖等方面，，治療組均優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。兩組治療期間均未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論：參芪建宗顆粒是治療小兒心肌損害宗氣虛證的有效方劑，值得臨床推廣和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the therapeutic effect and clinical effect of Shenqijianzong granule in treating children with myocardial injury of zongqi deficiency syndrome, and to seek new methods and approaches for the treatment of this syndrome. Methods: sixty children who met the criteria of myocardial injury in western medicine and Qi deficiency syndrome in Taixun syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with routine treatment and Shenqi Jianzong granule was given at the same time. The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and electrocardiogram were measured before and after treatment. The two groups were treated with 15 days as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and followed up for 1 month to observe the long-term curative effect. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33 and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms, signs, myocardial enzyme spectrum and electrocardiogram (ECG) (P < 0.05). There were no adverse reactions during treatment in both groups. Conclusion: Shenqi Jianzong granule is an effective prescription for the treatment of syndrome of deficiency of qi in children with myocardial damage, and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
