缺氧缺血性腦病早產(chǎn)兒血清tau蛋白、ACTA、NSE水平與神經(jīng)發(fā)育的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討缺氧缺血性腦病(HIE)早產(chǎn)兒血清tau蛋白、激活素A(ACTA)及神經(jīng)特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平變化及其與神經(jīng)發(fā)育的關(guān)系。方法選取早產(chǎn)兒150例,其中并發(fā)HIE 60例(HIE組)、未并發(fā)HIE 90例(對照組),HIE組嚴(yán)重程度為輕度15例、中度28例、重度17例。兩組分別于出生后7天檢測血清tau蛋白、ACTA及NSE水平,出生后7、14、28天進(jìn)行新生兒神經(jīng)行為(NBNA)評分,出生后3、6個月采用嬰幼兒發(fā)育量表檢測智力發(fā)育指數(shù)(MDI)、運動發(fā)育指數(shù)(PDI)。分析HIE組血清tau蛋白、ACTA、NSE水平與NBNA評分、MDI、PDI的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 HIE組血清tau蛋白、ACTA、NSE水平均高于對照組(P均0.01),輕、中、重度HIE早產(chǎn)兒血清tau蛋白、ACTA、NSE水平依次升高(P均0.05)。HIE組出生后7、14、28天NBNA評分均低于對照組(P均0.05),出生后3、6個月MDI、PDI均低于對照組(P均0.05)。HIE早產(chǎn)兒血清tau蛋白、ACTA、NSE水平與NBNA評分、MDI、PDI均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P均0.05)。結(jié)論 HIE早產(chǎn)兒血清tau蛋白、ACTA及NSE水平升高,三者水平變化可用于評估患兒疾病嚴(yán)重程度及神經(jīng)發(fā)育情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of serum tau protein, activin A (AC) and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) levels in premature infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and their relationship with neurodevelopment. Methods A total of 150 premature infants were selected, including 60 cases with HIE and 90 cases without HIE (control group: mild 15 cases, moderate 28 cases, severe 17 cases). The levels of serum tau protein ACTA and NSE were measured on the 7th day after birth, and the neurobehavioral status of the newborn was evaluated at 1428 days after birth. The intellectual development index (MDI) and motor development index (PDI) were measured by the infant development scale at 3 and 6 months after birth. To analyze the relationship between the level of serum tau protein and NBNA score in HIE group. Results the serum tau protein level in HIE group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.01). The serum tau protein level of severe HIE premature infants was increased in turn. The NBNA scores in the 0.05).HIE group were lower than those in the control group on day 7, 1428, and were lower than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months after birth. They were lower than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months after birth. The level of tau protein and the NBNA score of 0.05).HIE preterm infants in the control group were lower than those in the control group. There was a negative correlation between PDI and PDI (P = 0.05). Conclusion the levels of serum tau protein ACTA and NSE in preterm infants with HIE are increased. The changes of ACTA and NSE levels can be used to evaluate the severity of disease and neurological development in children with HIE.
