早產兒維生素D水平與肺部疾病的關系

【摘要】:目的分析早產兒出生時血清25-羥維生素D[25(OH)D]水平與肺部疾病的關系。方法選取2015年1月至2016年12月入住NICU的早產兒,收集其臨床資料及血清25(OH)D檢測結果 ;并根據平均血清25(OH)D水平將早產兒分為低維生素D組和高維生素D組,分析比較兩組肺部疾病發(fā)生的差異。結果共納入早產兒115例,平均胎齡為(29.9±1.9)周,平均血清25(OH)D水平為(37.1±16.6)nmol/L。維生素D缺乏[25(OH)D50 nmol/L]、不足[25(OH)D在50~74.9 nmol/L]和正常[25(OH)D≥75 nmol/L]的比率分別為71.3%、17.4%和11.3%。低維生素D組的持續(xù)氣道正壓通氣、氧療時間、新生兒呼吸窘迫綜合征(RDS)和支氣管肺發(fā)育不良(BPD)發(fā)生率以及住院天數(shù)均顯著高于高維生素D組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05)。結論早產兒低維生素D水平可能增加RDS、BPD的發(fā)生率,并延長住院時間。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] and pulmonary diseases in premature infants. Methods premature infants admitted to NICU from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and their clinical data and serum 25(OH)D test results were collected, and the preterm infants were divided into low vitamin D group and high vitamin D group according to the average serum 25(OH)D level. The difference between two groups of lung diseases was analyzed and compared. Results 115 premature infants were included, the average gestational age was 29.9 鹵1.9 weeks, and the average serum 25(OH)D level was 37.1 鹵16.6nmol / L.
