【摘要】：目的：調(diào)查新疆伊犁地區(qū)哈薩克族學齡兒童人體測量指標腰圍、臀圍、皮脂厚度、體重指數(shù)、腰臀比、腰身比與血壓的相關性，為臨床工作提供指導。方法：在2009年5-6月以新疆伊犁地區(qū)哈薩克族6～16歲兒童為調(diào)查對象，采用分層、隨機整群抽樣的方法，選取8所小學，，共調(diào)查了2438名哈薩克族兒童，測量腰圍、臀圍、皮脂厚度、收縮壓及舒張壓，計算體重指數(shù)、腰臀比、腰身比。以年齡、性別分組，血壓按中國兒童血壓標準分為高血壓組和正常組。采用SPSS17.0軟件進行相關性統(tǒng)計分析。結果：新疆伊犁哈薩克族學齡兒童高血壓總患病率5.7%,男童患病率4.4%,女童患病率7.0%。腰圍、臀圍、腰身比、腰臀比、收縮壓及舒張壓均存在性別、年齡別差異(P=0.000)。高血壓組腰圍、臀圍、皮脂厚度、BMI及腰臀比與血壓正常組存在顯著性差異(P0.05)。結論：新疆伊犁哈薩克族學齡兒童高血壓患病率與國內(nèi)漢族及國外同年齡比較均低。新疆伊犁哈薩克族學齡兒童的腰圍、臀圍、BMI及腰臀比均與血壓均存在不同程度影響，其臀圍相關性程度最為明顯。檢測臀圍對于兒童高血壓的預測具有重要臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between waist circumference, hip circumference, sebum thickness, body mass index, waist-hip ratio, waist-to-hip ratio and blood pressure of Kazakh school-age children in Yili area, Xinjiang, in order to provide guidance for clinical work. Methods: from May to June 2009, 2438 Kazakh children aged 6 to 16 years old in Yili area, Xinjiang, were investigated by stratified and random cluster sampling method. A total of 2438 Kazakh children were investigated and their waist circumference, hip circumference and sebum thickness were measured. Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, body mass index, waist to hip ratio, waist body ratio. According to age and sex, blood pressure was divided into hypertension group and normal group according to Chinese children's blood pressure standard. The correlation was analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results: the prevalence rate of hypertension in Kazakh children of school age in Yili Xinjiang was 5.7 the prevalence rate of boys was 4.4 and the prevalence rate of girls was 7.0. Waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were all gender. There were significant differences in waist circumference, hip circumference, sebum thickness, BMI and waist-hip ratio between hypertension group and normal blood pressure group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the prevalence of hypertension in Kazakh children in Xinjiang is lower than that in Han nationality and abroad. The waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI, waist-to-hip ratio and blood pressure of Kazakh school-age children in Yili, Xinjiang had different effects on blood pressure, and the correlation degree of hip circumference was the most obvious. Detection of hip circumference is of great clinical significance in predicting hypertension in children.
