【摘要】：目的分析兒童患者下呼吸道標(biāo)本苛養(yǎng)菌(肺炎鏈球菌和流感嗜血桿菌)陽(yáng)性分離率的影響因素。方法選取210份下呼吸道標(biāo)本,分別在采集后0.5 h、2 h、6 h、12 h、24 h接種于血平皿和巧克力平皿,研究運(yùn)送時(shí)間、運(yùn)送培養(yǎng)基和不同接種培養(yǎng)基對(duì)苛養(yǎng)菌陽(yáng)性分離率的影響。結(jié)果 200份合格下呼吸道標(biāo)本研究結(jié)果顯示:隨著標(biāo)本放置時(shí)間的增加,肺炎鏈球菌和流感嗜血桿菌陽(yáng)性分離率呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì),除0.5 h、2 h時(shí)間段外結(jié)果差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但0.5 h、2 h 2個(gè)時(shí)間段樣本陽(yáng)性率無(wú)差異;含半固體培養(yǎng)基的陽(yáng)性分離率在不同時(shí)間段均高于其他2種運(yùn)送培養(yǎng)基,但差異并無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);肺炎鏈球菌和流感嗜血桿菌在兩種商品化平皿中陽(yáng)性分離率、生長(zhǎng)情況差別不大(P0.05)。結(jié)論選擇合適的運(yùn)送時(shí)間、運(yùn)送培養(yǎng)基和接種培養(yǎng)基對(duì)于提高苛養(yǎng)菌陽(yáng)性分離率具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the factors influencing the positive isolation rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae in lower respiratory tract samples of children. Methods 210 samples of lower respiratory tract were collected and inoculated in blood plate and chocolate plate for 24 h at 2 h or 6 h after collection. The effects of delivery time, transport medium and different inoculation medium on the positive isolation rate of caustically-cultured bacteria were studied. Results the results showed that the positive isolation rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae showed a downward trend with the increase of the sample storage time. There were significant differences in the results except 0.5 h and 2 h, but there was no difference in the positive rate of samples in 2 h, and the positive isolation rate of the semisolid medium was higher than that of the other two kinds of transport medium at different time periods. But the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The positive isolation rates of Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae in the two commercial plates were not significant. Conclusion it is of significance to select the appropriate transportation time, transport medium and inoculation medium for increasing the positive isolation rate of caustic bacteria.
