【摘要】：目的比較國產(chǎn)小兒型明視插管軟鏡(VIS)和聽診法用于雙腔支氣管導(dǎo)管(DLT)定位的效果。方法擇期胸科手術(shù)需要單肺通氣的患者100例,隨機(jī)分為國產(chǎn)小兒型明視插管軟鏡組(V組)和聽診法組(S組),每組50例。行雙腔支氣管插管后,分別以VIS檢查法和聽診法判斷和調(diào)整DLT的位置,再以纖維支氣管鏡(FOB)復(fù)核,記錄兩組DLT定位時(shí)間及正確率。結(jié)果 V組患者DLT定位時(shí)間明顯短于S組(P0.05),總定位準(zhǔn)確率明顯高于S組(P0.05)。結(jié)論國產(chǎn)小兒型VIS用于DLT定位方便快速,定位準(zhǔn)確率高,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of domestic visual intubation soft endoscopy (vis) and auscultation in the localization of double lumen bronchial duct (DLTs). Methods 100 patients undergoing elective chest surgery were randomly divided into two groups: group V (group V) and group S (50 cases in each group). After double-lumen bronchial intubation, the location of DLT was judged and adjusted by VIS examination and auscultation, and then reviewed with fiberoptic bronchoscopy. The localization time and accuracy of DLT in the two groups were recorded. Results the localization time of DLT in group V was significantly shorter than that in group S (P 0.05), and the total localization accuracy was significantly higher than that in group S (P 0.05). Conclusion Pediatric VIS is convenient, rapid and accurate for localization of DLT. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
