【摘要】：目的研究與觀察橋本氏甲狀腺炎伴幽門螺桿菌(Hp)感染患兒的血清白細胞介素17(IL-17)、脂聯(lián)素(APN)水平及Toll樣受體(TLR)蛋白表達變化情況。方法選取2013年2月-2016年10月醫(yī)院收治的69例橋本氏甲狀腺炎伴Hp感染患兒為A組,69例橋本氏甲狀腺炎患兒為B組,69例Hp感染患兒為C組,69名健康兒童為D組,將四組血清IL-17、APN水平及TLR蛋白指標進行比較,同時比較A、B組中不同橋本氏甲狀腺炎分期患兒,A、C組中不同Hp分型患兒的上述指標檢測結果。結果 A組的血清IL-17、APN水平及TLR蛋白指標(TLR2及TLR9)分別為(10.25±1.34)ng/L、(11.15±1.36)mg/L、(5.86±0.64)ng/ml及(19.84±2.68)ng/ml,均高于B組(7.91±0.95)ng/L、(8.90±0.93)mg/L、(3.91±0.34)ng/ml、(11.02±1.93)ng/ml,C組的(7.80±0.93)ng/L、(8.87±0.90)mg/L、(3.78±0.31)ng/ml、(10.84±1.89)ng/ml及D組的(5.76±0.45)ng/L、(6.95±0.73)mg/L、(2.02±0.23)ng/ml、(5.56±0.60)ng/ml,B組及C組均高于D組,且A、B兩組中不同橋本氏甲狀腺炎分期患兒的血清IL-17、APN水平及TLR蛋白指標表達水平存在顯著性差異,A、C兩組中不同Hp分型患兒的上述指標檢測結果也存在顯著性差異(P均0.05)。結論橋本氏甲狀腺炎伴Hp感染患兒的血清IL-17、APN水平及TLR蛋白指標表達呈現(xiàn)明顯異常狀態(tài),且橋本氏甲狀腺炎分期與Hp分型均對其表達有較大的影響,應重視對上述指標的監(jiān)測與改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of serum interleukin-17 (IL-17) and adiponectin (APN) levels and the expression of Toll like receptor (TLR) protein in children with Hashimoto's thyroiditis complicated with Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. Methods 69 cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis with HP infection were selected from February 2013 to October 2016. 69 cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis were selected as group A and 69 cases of HP infection in group B and 69 healthy children in group C as group D.
